Started a claim years ago nothing ever happened not a penny. Think it's a scam

Is there any way of getting out of this? Nothing for years apart from useless updates.

Well our claim as been going on from April 2021and we still haven't had a penny and in my honest opinion I don't think we ever will we had a kitchen fitter in our home last year he said his claim was delt with within 6 months so make of that what you will

After making a claim back in 2020 I'm still waiting for information about my claim, and with all the other ads on tv about mis-sold car finance all I can say is "good luck with that".

Would have given a minus number if available. What an absolute waste of time. Years later after my initial contact I’m still receiving the same messages to complete the final information needed. Absolutely no point whatsoever. Don’t waste your time or energy.

Read very useful article for their diesel claimants published 16 April, 2025 in Law Society Gazette. !!! answering many who are questioning why they have not received compensation for their bonafide early diesel claims with Volkswagen, despite this law firm having received £193 million in an out of court settlement from Volkswagen May 2022!!!

Complete waste of time.. gave them all the information requested and 3 years later they need more or the defendants will deny my claim. I'm worried if I cancel my claim then mydiesel.com will try to claim court fees off me as it seems everyone who has dealt with them is being scammed or harrasesd by them. Steer clear..

SO I FINALLY GOT A REPLY!!! THIS IS IT:
"We don't have a specific date for the claim to be finalised because only the court has the power to set that.
So far, the court has only scheduled two trials, one for October this year 2025 and one for October next year 2026"
SO I IMAGINE A WHOLE LOAD OF US WILL BE DEAD BY THE TIME ANY CLAIMS ARE PAID OUT...IF EVER!!!
I'M NO EXPERT, BUT I'M GOING TO GUESS SETTLEMENTS AROUND 2030!!!

They are a total scam don't reply to emails and now don't answer the phone I then read the boss is a billion pound in depth none of us are getting any money trust me it's a scam

As its been over 2 years now since I've put in for my claim, and no progress have been made, im now beginning to wonder how legit this company may or not be?? Have they received my claim and pocketed the money? It does make me wonder?

Been about 4 years for us maybe more.never wasted my time contacting them by the sounds of things no point.apparently so I've read is the court case is October 2025.you no this company is poor as no balls to comment back to anyone.very very bad service and yeh I agree run off with all our money having a fine life.how are we letting them get away with it.surely we should all stick together and do something about these robbing thugs.

Avoid this company at all costs, they’ve been dealing with my claim for over two years. Then confirm it’s gone to court & I should be getting a pay out, to then receive an email stating my claim has been closed because my car wasn’t a diesel when it clearly was & they have all the documentation to prove it. They won’t answer my numerous emails & phone calls I have sent. Then send a letter dated July but didn’t receive until December stating case closed as not a diesel car. Clearly stolen my money

I rang them over a year ago to ask if this was a email scam I was advised it wasn’t. So over two years later the same shite email repeating that I can add cars to my claim periodically pop up. Exactly what I thought SCAM.

Just checked my emails and this company has requested the same information 72 times.Unbelievable in UK it happens.

So now, 18 months after asking them to delete my details, I am now getting 5 to 6 calls a day from offshoots.

When I ask where they got my details, despite apparently different companies contacting me, it is always their back office team 🤣

No matter, Pogust Goodhead are SRA regulated, my advice - Log a formal complaint, escalate to The Legal Ombudsman, report to the SRA. Then submit a subject access request.

The last “specialist” I spoke to after 10 minutes accused me of wasting her time 🤣😂😅🥹

AWFUL is a nice word to describe this company. Everything is automated responses that repeatedly get sent to you. Even if you have followed their instructions. They keep chasing you and by which point it's now been 2 years passed and still to no avail. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.

Just checked my emails and this company has requested the same information 24 times. Each tone they email I provide the information requested. Which is the same each time. Wish I'd chosen a different company 2 years ago when I filed the original claim.
