My Dello is an amazing company to use to have your shipments imported, I have been using them for a few months now and have been dealing with Andreas for all our shipments. I’ve had a great experience so far, they’re very good at catering to your needs and have a very friendly and collaborative approach to what they do.

UPDATE: MyDello resolved the issue quickly and professionally.

This was my first time using MyDello. Before this, I had used DPD for approximately nine years for collections from exactly the same address without any comparable problems.

MyDello’s local transport partner failed to collect our pallet from Paris Fashion Shops at its correct, publicly listed address. The building is very large and clearly marked from several directions with “Paris Fashion Shops” signs. The shipper received no phone call from the driver, and the transport partner was unable to explain why the collection had failed.

We were then invoiced an additional €25 plus VAT for the failed pickup, with a payment deadline of only one day. MyDello’s initial explanation incorrectly stated that several buildings shared the same address, placing responsibility for the failed collection on us.

However, after reviewing my detailed explanation, MyDello called me directly, apologised and issued a credit note. They agreed that my explanation was reasonable and well-founded, while their transport partner could not provide a satisfactory explanation for the failed pickup. I understand that the MyDello staff member who initially handled my shipment was relatively new in the role.

I have used several different logistics platforms, and MyDello is one of the best I have used in terms of usability. The interface is clean, clear and easy to navigate, making it straightforward to manage shipments.

Although the original pickup failure and additional invoice should not have happened, the way MyDello ultimately handled the complaint was excellent: fast, fair and professional. They listened carefully, investigated the matter and corrected the charge without unnecessarily prolonging the dispute.

Mistakes can happen, especially when external transport partners are involved. What matters is how a company responds, and MyDello handled the final resolution very well. I have therefore updated my rating to reflect their professional response.
