We moved our fulfillment to Highline Commerce about a year ago and it's been a great decision.

We ship both direct-to-consumer and wholesale, and our products need to arrive looking perfect, so the details matter to us. Highline has been reliable on the day-to-day and genuinely responsive when we need something. Communication is clear, their team is easy to work with, and leadership is accessible when bigger questions come up.

We recently re-signed on a multi-year commitment, which is about the clearest thing we can say after a year of working together. Recommended for growing brands looking for a genuinely dedicated fulfillment partner rather than just a warehouse.

People don't believe us when we say "we love our 3PL." It's true! We've been with Highline for over five years and have no intention of switching 3PLs, ever. We do more volume in a day now than we did the entire month we joined Highline, and they have supported us every step of the way. If you are an emerging brand that is looking to scale thoughtfully and cares about having good long-term partners going to bat for you, I would highly recommend Highline Commerce.

I've worked with Highline Commerce for the better part of two years now. It's a special organization. In particular:
* Everyone from the picker packers all the way up to the leadership team has a devoted work ethic. We had a need to ship orders after hours and Laron and Rich and Adam made it happen. It's in their blood.
* Leadership has developed a community that helps the brands and partners stay ahead on eCommerce tech. I subscribe to Rich's newsletter and have watched his robot fleet expand and packing SLAs get better and better
