This company is now Dormant but they are still taking money off gullible people for services they never intend to render.
Its a SCAM avoid at all cost.
I strongly advise against using MYCO Works due to their misleading pricing, dishonest business practices, and appalling customer service.
I initially signed up for their Registered Address service, expecting a simple and professional experience. However, when I later requested an upgrade to their Business Plus package, they outright refused to honour their advertised pricing. Instead, they demanded an excessive additional payment, well beyond what was originally stated on their website. At no point was it made clear that upgrades would require effectively repurchasing the service at full price.
When I questioned this, I was met with dismissive, robotic responses, claiming their decision was "non-negotiable." Rather than offering any form of customer service or reasonable resolution, they stonewalled my requests and refused to engage in a fair discussion. Their attitude was arrogant, unhelpful, and completely lacking in transparency.
To make matters worse, they refused to provide a pro-rata refund for unused months, despite no longer requiring the service. Their excuse? A blanket 14-day refund policy, which they conveniently use as a shield to avoid treating customers fairly.
Their claim that they “work closely with Trading Standards” came across as a thinly veiled intimidation tactic, rather than genuine assurance of compliance. I have since reported them to Trading Standards and disputed the payment via chargeback.
If you’re considering using MYCO Works, don’t make the same mistake I did. There are far better, more transparent and ethical alternatives out there. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere.
Avoid at all costs.
I do not recommend this company. I pay for the registered address service as well as a telephone service. They are very unreasonable to deal with. They wanted £223 over and above the standard annual fee to display the registered company on my website, even though this information is readily available on Companies House website. I also had an instance where a supplier accidentally sent a letter to the registered address instead of my operational address. Myco refused to forward it on (even though I was offering to pay for it as a one-off) unless I subscribed to the £223 extra charge.
Dreadful service.
All that tricks to get you signed up, take money and then ask to sign up more service otherwise they will suspend your account and no refund .
It’s more like a fraud .
Stay away.
The worst and most disorganised company I have ever worked with.
All what they are interested in to get you to upgrade for services you actually don't need even before doing the basic job.
I have sent them twice documents for ID and address proof and still receiving emails to upload stuff and when you call to clarify, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand doing.
I will cancel the service once the annual period is over.
I have used this company for a few years with several businesses, When I decided to move to my accounants address i let my membership expire. When I requested my mail which I already paid for them to receive I was told the only way I would get it was if i registered the companies with them for another year. I was like they were holding my mail to ransome and expecting me to pay for a full year just to receive it. This is bad business in my eyes and shows no respect for their customers, they simply just want your money, poor show!!
I recently had a disappointing experience with MyCoWorks. I purchased an address service for £45 and then paid an additional £20, expecting to receive a director service address. Unfortunately, they failed to provide this service.
I used the address for my company, but when one of my important documents was sent there, they refused to forward it without charging me another £20. This feels completely unfair, especially after already paying for the service.
To make matters worse, when I reached out for support, a representative named Alexios was incredibly rude. He dismissed my concerns and told me I could leave a bad review if I wanted to, which only added to my frustration.
Overall, I'm very unsatisfied with the service and the way I was treated. I cannot recommend MyCoWorks based on my experience.

I signed up for the service to give my UK customers a chance to review my business since we are an international business, but our service does not require a physical presence. But after I paid the annual premium, I was told that it was not possible to register the business on google. Of course, it never was a problem with any of the other services I used - but it is a problem here. So if you want to list a business and want to have google reviews - pick a different service provider. This one is useless.
