My Car Import Anmeldelser

I tried but failed to do it myself so I asked 'My Car Import' to do it for me after a recommendation from 'Motorhome Fun' chat site - I should have approached 'My Car Import' straight away and would have saved a lot of time and stress. From the first phone call with Will, he was patient, not pushy, understood my predicament and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable dealing with him. He then handed over my issues to his colleague James Lister who was also very easy to deal with. Together we compiled evidence that the authorities agreed with, so I was exempt tax and import duty, something I could not have done by myself. Excellent customer service and highly recommended. I am also going to submit a piece for the 'Motorhome Fun' chat site to let people know of my experience and let the professionals do the work and not try and do it yourself! Many thanks

A very helpful company to deal with. Very easy and prompt registration of my French car.

I received my car from Hong Kong in excellent condition. They have processed all documents and every step be chased in myportal. Very reasonable price👍

Fast and efficient service, very helpful information regarding the transfer of my vehicle to the UK

Entered my details and import my car took if from there. I got new number plate yesterday and that's it. No hassle, thanks.

I have recently imported and registered my Landrover from France. From my initial enquiry their advice and information was helpful and accurate. Whilst I initially thought their fee was steep, I think the speed and hassle free nature of the process was worth it. Their portal worked well for guiding through the stages and it was easy to download the documents that were required. When I needed further help they answered questions by email quickly. I would recommend them based on my experience.

The people is spoke to on the telephone understood exactly what I wanted

Clear communication from start to finish. Very happy to have our car delivered safely.

Very easy to do business with. At face value this process is a complicated admin nightmare but the guys at my car import made it totally pain free. Highly recommend

The staff were very helpful. They explained the whole process from beginning to the end. There were no surprises or unexpected costs. I just had to wait for the postage of the plates few days more than usual. It was a smooth operation. Would recommend it.

Efficient, competent, and client friendly

Importing my Chevrolet from the EU couldn't have been easier. There was a delay in the application, but this was solely the fault of HMRC ( surprise, surprise) who decided to change the import tax charges midway through the process.

Made the importation simple,
I imported my LHD Jag into the UK and used MyCarImport for the process and dealing with the DVLA.
Allowed me to do a road trip to the UK without the hassle of what to do when arriving.
Made sense and sped up the process to get the plates (arrived within 14 days) and ensured no issues. Would use again, big thanks to James who did the processing of the paperwork.

From start to finish, phenomenal customer service and accurate pricing! I imported my dad’s E-Type Jaguar to the UK and had clear instructions from the very start. Portal was very easy to use and everything went like clockwork, exactly according to quote which was very reasonable in my opinion. Highly recommend this company and would never use anyone else for importing cars!

Their experience and professionalism in helping me navigate through the process of re-registering my vehicle back to the UK was brilliant. As the client l didn't have to do anything apart from when they would ask for the relevant documents which were forwarded to them via their portal which made this all the more easier. I could not fault their expertise and if I had a question that I'd wish to ask they came back with an immediate answer and if they didn't have the relevant information they would get back in touch either by email or phone call. I would definitely use them again. Very impressed with their whole process. Thank you... Mr Palmer

My car import took all the stress out of registering my vehicle. Kept informed every step of the way. Well pleased.

I've imported a motorcycle from the middle east and had issues trying to register myself. My Car Import handled the registration and any query I had promptly. And as the motorcycle is over ten years old, My Car Import could register remotely and only required documentation. Wish I used them from the start!

Well organised and very helpful great would definitely recommend

They know their stuff, everything was dealt with in a timely and efficient way.
