How does this company make money? Application process is dismal and I cant even get Identified because their system is down. Their customer service is appauling and they cant even help. They take hours to respond via chat. Useless.

This has to be reported. Why is nobody doing anything about this SCAM.
Taking money. Balances not being adjusted. Comes up on my phone as a “Suncorp” transaction one time then a “NAB” transaction next time. Can’t get a clear answer when calling them. Absolutely no say when transferred from previous credit card. SCAM SCAM
MyCard Australia is a scam
MyCard Australia is a scam. The business was bought over by NAB from Citi Australia. With the Citi card I was able to transfer points to several airlines. After they switched to the new app they took away all the airline points benefits of the card, and only allowed switch to virgin, even those points that I had accumulated before the switch. There was no communication this would be done. This clearly is a scam and unethical business practice by MyCard.
Suncorp moved us to this crap without asking
Absolute crap. Looks like their developers are from primary school, they should learn app functionality from other banks. To see the repayment amount you need to download statements. What??
Support team is useless.
Rubbish Card - Cash Advances no more than $1K.
I went to get a cash advance at a NAB branch given they own them where I was told they dont accept the card and I would have to go to an ATM. Most credit cards allow cash advances by direct transfer online or other mechanisms at bank branches. But not this card. Only $1,000 per day maximum regardless how big your credit limit is. What useless service from the NAB and Mycard who i also called and basically said tough luck, that's the way it is. Get red of it and change it to something more useful.

Canceled the credit card after a month…
Canceled the credit card after a month long battle around the use of its rewards program - it doesn’t work. Was transferred to MyCard from Suncorp. I have many complaints, things stopped working, customer service was unresponsive. Do not use this card.

When NAB took over my Cardservices Platinum card
Interest free days went from 55 to 44
Annual fee being put up $50 this year and another $50 next year.
Additional cardholder fee this year $49 and up to $99 next year.
Now charging International transaction fees on purchases 3% used to use it overseas for purchases in supermarkets,petrol etc never any fees and you got a better exchange rate
So after over 25 years of having the Cardservices card
I canceled the MyCard card
No Communication or Customer Service
If I could rate less than one star I would. Dreadful Customer Service. Have cancelled my account recommend you look elsewhere.

I had 2 fraudulent transactions in November and till now issue not resolved after trying to resolve it with them poor customer service call the ombudsman I have put a complaint there already I encourage everyone here who has an issue to call the ombudsman and put a complaint. Never use this card I was very happy when it was Citicard had it over 15 years and no issue

Moved to MyCard when citibank was bought out, fees are ridiculous compared to other products on the market, customer service aren't helpful at all and just read from the PDS. Dont recommend.

Credit Card Fraud - Unacceptable wait time
I had two fraudulent transactions on My Card on November 26 and reported them within a couple of days. There were two transactions totalling over 1600 dollars for Delta Hotels by Marriott in Ontario - a place I've never been, nor have plans to travel to. On the 31st December, I hadn't heard anything, so I escalated the case. Today, 12 days later, with still no indication on when the issue would be resolved, I called again. The lady was unable to tell me when the case would be resolved.
I do not feel safe using this credit card company, given the substantial scam that's occurred, and I feel doubly unsafe given the wait time for a resolution on this. I do not recommend this product, and look forward to cancelling the card once our money has been recovered.

I have now been advised by My Card that it will now be another 45 days before the case is resolved. I am still being charged interest on the scammed amount!!!
Has anyone had a similar experience and what can I do?
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I’ve been calling for weeks trying to get a refund from my closed credit card, and every single time I get the same useless, scripted responses. No one actually listens, no one fixes anything, and I’m stuck going in circles. It’s honestly one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with any company. I wouldn’t recommend this card to anyone.
Citibank credit Card became NAB "My Card"
I have been with Citibank for more than 20 years. I was happy with their service. Since they they moved to National Bank Credit Card, everything went wrong. My regular automated payments for Life Insurance, Home Insurance, Health Insurance and other regular payments all stopped. Citi bank did not contact me until 2 months later when I was contacted by different companies demanding payment. I then contacted Citi Bank customer service who acknowledged the problem, but refused to apologize or do anything to rectify it. Gross incompetence.
Prestige card no longer fit for purpose
On transition to the MyCard platform, connectivity to accounting systems was removed. No waring - indeed, transition was touted as an 'improved experience' yet it removed a key component of any prestige card. There is a clunky work around, but it is pretty poor.
No apologies and customer service no help until a direct to the CEO email - even then, the best they can do is the clunky work around. This is no longer a prestige offering.
