Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I’ve been calling for weeks trying to get a refund from my closed credit card, and every single time I get the same useless, scripted responses. No one actually listens, no one fixes anything, and I’m stuck going in circles. It’s honestly one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with any company. I wouldn’t recommend this card to anyone.
Citibank credit Card became NAB "My Card"
I have been with Citibank for more than 20 years. I was happy with their service. Since they they moved to National Bank Credit Card, everything went wrong. My regular automated payments for Life Insurance, Home Insurance, Health Insurance and other regular payments all stopped. Citi bank did not contact me until 2 months later when I was contacted by different companies demanding payment. I then contacted Citi Bank customer service who acknowledged the problem, but refused to apologize or do anything to rectify it. Gross incompetence.
Prestige card no longer fit for purpose
On transition to the MyCard platform, connectivity to accounting systems was removed. No waring - indeed, transition was touted as an 'improved experience' yet it removed a key component of any prestige card. There is a clunky work around, but it is pretty poor.
No apologies and customer service no help until a direct to the CEO email - even then, the best they can do is the clunky work around. This is no longer a prestige offering.
Terrible service
Was shopping around and asked Mycard if they would offer anything to keep card as its expiring soon. Basically told to leave. Great customer loyalty good luck with your business model. Cant wait to deactivate and leave
Pathetic
Pathetic, phone does not get answered, chat is unresponsive. AI Chat appears to not understand basic English, no human consultant available to assist.
Poor value
Poor value, removal of transfer to Kris, crappy customer service - goodbye
