Misleading diagnostic and recommended solutions. Paid for the recommended transmission service only to keep having issues. Turned back on their word and said they were trying to try the most obvious fix.

On time, no hidden costs and seems like good people.
The only negative was not being able to opt out of promotional emails at the time of booking, must be done in person, for me it roused suspicion but the team are great.

The staff I dealt with were very nice. I had some problems with the service book stamp being put in the wrong page not corresponding to the correct service, I had a dashboard light appear on picking up the car and the tyres needed air, I thought would have been checked in a full service. The dashboard clock was also 10 minutes out. The things I think could be improved is the presentation of the car - at the very least being restored to its original state when it was dropped off. It was annoying trying to readjust the height and seat position when driving off, trying to find my radio station again that had been changed, and the overwhelming stink of petrol/oil that still permeates the car interior after 2 days. However, the staff were very nice and polite when I went back to get the air and dashboard light and service book fixed up.

These guys made it so easy to book in! My tyres were SO overdue and it was something i’d been putting off for months (i’m just a girl haha) but after seeing how easy that process was, i’ll definitely be replacing them on time in future.

Perfect car service and to go for tyres. The crew was welcoming and know what are they doing. Most importantly deliver on time.

Took my car in for brake repairs. Noticed afterwards the handbrake wasn’t working well. Parked on a hill and the car just rolled. Cannot park on any slope. This was not an issue before the repairs. Took it back in to get it looked at, they didn’t want to look at it until I insisted it was unsafe. They ‘fixed it’, no charge, and assured me it was safe, but the car still can’t be parked on a slope and the handbrake has no effect if used to try and stop. I don’t think they actually did anything to the brake. Will have to get it checked by another mechanic. Very disappointed.

I would like to thank the Mycar Tyre & Auto - CE West Perth shop personnel for the excellent service they provided to me and my wife yesterday, November 12. We ran into unexpected issues with our car and, without a prior appointment, went to the West Perth Mycar shop for assistance. The staff sorted out our problems on the same day, which was a big help for us as we live about 70 km from Perth and my wife is pregnant. They fixed the technical issue with our car in a very professional and fast manner, and we feel very grateful.

45-minute delay in paying for the works due to solar panels being installed. Not the fault of the representatives but perhaps works could have been scheduled at a different time.
