Unfortunately the time estimated to complete the work was incorrectly estimated 3 times leading to significant disruption of our day and our family commitments.
The online estimate or nominated pick up was 10am. I called around 10.40 to check and was advised it would be another 30 to 45 minutes. I arrived at 11.25 to find 3 tires still off the car. I was advised that everything would be completed by 12 (closing time). I returned at 12 to still wait another 20 minutes. Time estimate ended up almost 2.5 hours out.

I would like to commend the staff at Wanniassa mycar, especially the Manager, Michael & the apprentice, Roman. Both these men are very courteous and considerate. I have always been very pleased with the service I receive.

Had to replace a new tyre as it was punctured. Effortless replacement on their tyre care program.

I have always found the staff very friendly, helpful and professional. The work they do on my car is always of the highest quality. I have no qualms in referring them to other people.

Was a little bit disappointed, everything was removed from the glove box and left on the passenger seat. The shift lock cover was removed and left in the console. And the car spluttered and stalled when started, so obviously was not test driven after the fuel filter was replaced.

As always, easy to book, easy to drop off and pick up. Courteous, efficient work and ready within the stated timeframe. Highly recommended.

My driver side mirror was broken and having my a cord next to my car door. While I waited for the parts to come in, the guy who assisted me managed to temporarily hold the mirror in place so it was usable. Absolutely loved the extra assistance, especially since I didn't pay at that stage and he wasn't obligated to give me the extra assistance.

Prompt and courteous service throughout. with follow-up if dept wanted to have a further check after service .
