I dropped the car in at 8am as booked, with a requested pickup of midday. This was for a routine service - Essential Plus. I called at 1pm to ask about the ETA as we needed the car to do the grocery shopping. Car hadn’t been started on due to other issues in the workshop. Received a text around 2-2:30 that it was ready. Kind of wary that the work may have been rushed. The car had travelled 200m according to the trip meter from when it arrived at the workshop, and is supposed to have been road tested. Not sure about that. Last thing was the car wasn’t washed. Not sure if that’s normally included but it was when serviced at the now closed MotorServe Gladesville.

I went there for service because I thought they can fix my window but they did the service. Ask me wait for the phone call or email and then never call me or email me again. It’s Ben longtime my window still not being fixed. if you cannot fix it or you can fix it at least let me know.

Recently completed 2nd routine car service. Chris is exceptionally good at listening. He listens well punch in notes for service in his computer and gives you proper brief at the time of return. Recommended.

Friendly staff to deal with, no hidden extra cost to repair my puncture. They finished the job when they had estimated it would be done

I phoned at 2.30pm for a puncture repair and was given a 3.30 appointment same day. All done by 4.30 brilliant!!
