Wait for a pink slip service took me from 8am till 4:20pm a whole day. I am a senior and waited in Top Ryde shopping Mall for a whole day and spent extra money for food & drink. Very bad experience!

I made an appointment in person Top Ryde MyCar on Tuesday specifically to have my tyre changed on Wednesday. I had purchased two new tyres for my car over a year ago, and one of them had become thin. I was told that the issue might be covered under warranty, but that the car needed to be inspected first.
On Wednesday, I brought my car in and left it there. After about an hour, I was told that I needed to fix the suspension system, which would cost around $1,600. I refused this service because my car had just had a regular service on Monday, and no issues had been found.
I clearly stated that all I wanted was the tyre replaced. At that point, I was informed that the store did not have the tyre in stock, even though I had made a booking specifically for this purpose. I was then told that I would need to return on another day. This was extremely frustrating. I made an appointment, took time off, and left my car there, only to be told—after an hour—that the tyre wasn’t even available. After further discussion, the staff member told me that he would go to another store and bring the tyre for me. The entire process took four hours, when it should have taken just one.
This experience was disappointing .

They completed the 250k service on my Volvo on time and for the quoted price, no nasty surprises. They even changed the batteries in my key for free!

I first came in to replace the tyres for one of my cars at Top Ryde , and when I picked it up, I was so happy with the service that I immediately booked another appointment to replace the tyres on my other car.

Adam was really helpful. He explained some things that will need attention eventually on my car. I wasn’t charged for things I didn’t need. A very honest and pleasant man to deal with. Will definitely be coming back to see Adam again.

A service is only as good as the person providing it. Adam was the expert professional looking after my car. He was recommended by friends from my church.

Advised of time for completion of work, and they were a bit early. Received a text when work was complete.
