Got my car serviced today
The manager Gerin was very helpful and informative. My car need a few things done outside the essential service and suggested things I should do but didn’t force me to get it done not like other places I’ve been before.
I feel they are just trying to up sale me extra things to do. Not at watergarden shop.
He even gave me tips I can do to prevent abnormal wear and tear on my tyres.
Very happy with the service and will definitely come back for my next service or any other issues in the future.

Went above and beyond to ensure the work was completed to a high standard. Solid, and clear advice along the way. The Manager and 2IC worked beyond standard hours to ensure the works were all good to go.

Had the car in for replacement of 4 tyres. The team at Taylors Lakes were very polite and able to answer my questions. Car was ready when they promised and in good order. Would certainly use them again for my next purchase.

Had a tyre blowout on 23/12. Called Mycar, and the Sydenham store was able to fit us in for a replacement the day before Christmas. Appreciated being able to be replaced at the busiest time of the year.

Booked the car over the phone but turned up only to find the booking not there.
They saw the call was made and agreed to fit in the basic service - much appreciated.

Completed quickly and to the expected standard.

Car was leaking out a lot of oil , rang them & they said to bring car in straight away. I thought they would be booked out B4 Xmas. Got car fixed, they were friendly & explained everything. Thank you so much AAA+
