Lachlan and the team did a great job today. Replaced my brake pads. Asked for it to be completed in a set time frame and they were spot on. Clear & straight forward communication.

These guys are always honest
These guys are always honest, generous and on time and aren’t patronising or opportunistic. They provide 100 times better service than any dealership service department I’ve ever dealt with across multiple cars

Great service from MyCar for my BYD!
I received great service from MyCar Reservoir for my BYD logbook service. They were very knowledgeable about BYD cars and did a thorough service.
Communication was great too!

I dropped my car off in the morning and…
I dropped my car off in the morning and was told it would be around 4ish hours. I got a called into work for an emergency and wouldn’t be able to come pick it up till after 5pm. So I called and notified the team and they said they would do my car first. It was so kind of them to be flexible and helpful. I’d highly recommend them.

Helped us get back on the road
Team were able to fix tyre quickly and were very helpful particularly as I didn’t have time to wait for fitting. I popped in a few days later and they happily made time to do this. Highly recommend MyCar Reservoir
