I recently had my tyres replaced and a wheel alignment done at my local service centre in Reservoir, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

The team was professional, efficient, and really took the time to explain what was needed and why. The car feels noticeably smoother and more stable on the road now, which shows the quality of their work.

Everything was completed on time, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. It’s great to deal with a team that’s honest, reliable, and clearly takes pride in what they do.

Highly recommend for anyone needing tyres or alignment work!

I'm happy with one of mechanics- his name Fhu. He did puncture repair, eventhough close to business hours.

Unfortunately, a Chinese man (another mechanic), he was rude and impolite. He threw his task to Fhu and tell him not doing right now, only did an inspection. But Fhu did great job!!!

Provided all the information that I asked for.

Firstly they insisted on a 40k logbook charge, but its an EV that's done under 30k. They also set the system to reserving every 12mths instead of 2 years or 20k as I was advised by BYD.
There is a huge list of things that were done, but I know the tyre rotation was not done cause he showed me why he wanted to replace 2 of my tyres. If they are still worn in the same place, they haven't been rotated. And he told me they only had another 5k on them. So in my mind they don't need replacing yet if they've still got 5k. I have always been happy with Reservoir MyCar, but I didn't recognise anybody and they just seemed to be busy upselling and didn't care about the car, or the fact they are the only centre that has ever serviced my car. There was nothing wrong with the car just the indicator that it was due for service. 12mths to the day from last tears service. How much is there to service on an electric car? For $500. What a joke
