I booked this over the phone directly…
I booked this over the phone directly with Queanbeyan mycar and gentleman advised wheel alignment will be covered for 12 months even if I change 2 tires now and 2 tires later on within 12 months and I need to pay for wheel alignment only once.
But other gentleman advised opposite and said I have to pay again for wheel alignment when other 2 tires are changed.

Friendly, respectful, timely and honest service. Have been here countless times for routine services and emergencies alike and have always been well looked after. Not a happy experience..
The Staff need to communicate what is said/promised to the customer, at the time of booking the appointment, into in their appointment book, so customers and staff are not inconvenienced.
A friendly smile and being courteous goes a long way, especially when you have received over $2000 from that customer a month earlier.
