Staff very courteous would highly recommend them!

All works very smoothly - able to drop my car off early and work done quickly. Easy and professional interactions.

I went there as per recommendation from a colleague.. was a real disappointment interacting with guy called Jeremy, he was indeed so rude. Management should look into how employees interact irrespective of their workload. That guy said there are so many clients ..... but that should not decide on way you engage with customers. Next day, was more pleasant interaction with employee there(don't know name) .. but over all don't think I'll come back... as I was overcharged , I paid around 360 for the same Tyre at Mercedes dealership in July 2025.

I had a very disappointing experience after getting my car serviced here. A warning light appeared a week later, which is concerning. The customer care was unprofessional and passively aggressive when I raised the issue. Worst of all, when I expressed fear for my safety, the staff member said, "I don't guarantee it," showing a complete lack of responsibility. Avoid this place if you value professional service and peace of mind.

The thing that I always dislike about you is the very poor communication skills in the reception desk in point cook branch. I think there is a lot to improve in " customer service" and "communication skills" in the front desk people. First I thought it is about racism and the guy standing there does not find me good enough to respect just because I have different hair and eyes colour, however later I realized its a culture there to disrespect the customer no matter who is standing behind the desk. They should learn greeting is important, smiling is important, proper explanation is important, eye contact is important and lastly body language is also very important. They should learn to try to help the customer, not to impress them

The service is always prompt, honest and straight to the point.

Good Service, car was finished by lunch time and they advised what would need to be looked at next service.

I was happy with the respectful way I was attended to and I also mentioned I would be back to Point Cook for future services thank you Point Cook Team

All was as per agreed timelines, including prompt booking, drop off, and pick up.
Courteous reception staff but was not prompted about Flybuys until I had paid and it was then too late.
