Took in my car with a screw in the tyre, popped in and even though they were short staffed and busy. They took it in straight away and fixed it while I waited!

Great communication from the Mechanic. Got the car turned around quickly and was able to provide gold advice on some maintenance.

Rob and the team at Oyster Bay have always been helpful and accommodating. I’ve had to drop my car in at short notice several times and it’s never been a problem for them. Would highly recommend their service.

For my 1st time
For my 1st time, the customer experience prior to dropping off the vehicle was friendly & efficient. Overall communication was great & quality of the 4 new wheels upon driving is smooth & amazing.
The only downer about the whole experience is the lack of staff which impeded in a 30 mins wait to pay the bill as he was on the phone during the whole duration.
Apart from that, Happy with the overall experience.

It was a short notice book in plus was done as quickly as possible. The gentleman serving behind the counter was very nice plus he called me whilst he had the car asking if I wanted my wipers changed as they were not doing the job properly.
