Negligence
Came in to repair a perfectly good tyre and was told "legally" they couldn't change the tyre because of wear and tear. All 4 tyres were replaced recently. Picked up the car thought better to rant and walk away. Until the person servicing me says "hold on before you go" and comes and fixes 3 looses screws in the tyer that has been sitting there for 2 hours at least after the text received to pick the car up. They would've seen there are 3 kids car seats in the car and yet negligently leaving the car in that state. Yesterday was a good reminder why i don't take the car here. Never again!

Above and beyond always
My car had smokr coming out of it! I took it to Mycar Oyster Bay and they had no hesitation in helping me. I khow how busy they always are however they always help. Fixed my car, kept me informed and had me back on the road. Nothing is too much trouble and they always do the best job. I cannot thank Rob and the team more - Amazing and so grateful. Thank you. I will never go anywhere else.

Excellent service
Rob was very thorough when listing my vehicle's faults and would not charge for an alignment that couldn't be done. Clearly money isn't everything but good old fashioned service is.

He was very professional and the mechanics were friendly and polite. I was going to another mechanic and my mum suggested Mycar I know why now.
