A long time customer of Mycar/Kmart Auto and always drive away completely satisfied. Various workshops I have visited over the years, staff always friendly, ready to assist and prices always competitive. And the Australia wide warranty on work is a comfort for long distance travels.

Servicing an older car
I booked a service and have an older car. They explained what was done but also a couple of things that would need to be repaired in the near future. They gave me pricing on the repair. Very thorough, I got my car back earlier than expected and am very happy with the customer service and work done.

Great service, communication and price
The quoted me a price and it was the same price when I picked it up. They advised me I will need new tyres in the next six months, but not necessary straight away. And they had my car ready before 1 pm which is when they said it would be done. Can’t fault their communication and no surprises to the coast was a welcome change to other places.

During the service process they advised by telephone some extras I needed and advised a completion time as due to personal circumstances I had to wait for completion of the service.

Rob at Nowra Store was very helpful & understanding when I had to change my appointment.
