I was towed in unannounced with a flat…
I was towed in unannounced with a flat tyre requiring replacement tyre and although they had a full workshop they put themselves out to fix mine. Excellent service! Can't rate them highly enough. Great staff too.

Really appreciated the effort to fit my car in to fix a puncture on a Saturday afternoon. I know it's not always possible, but the willingness to help was there. That's the sort of service and good will that brings customers back.
