Quick and easy, team were fantastic.

Would NOT recommend. My daughter needs two tyres replaced on her car which they can't remove. I went in yesterday to try to find a solution and had a disrespectful and unhelpful conversation with 3 male staff members in the reception area. When I said I was worried about the safety of my only daughter and two little grandchildren, the Manager shifted all accountability and responsibility to me by saying "And yet you let her buy a VW!" It was such an unexpected and irrelevant conversation and no-one appeared to be able to take the safety of my family seriously.

The service is great and they stand behind their work, and guarantee it for 12 months. That's rare for someone located so conveniently.

The staff member DJ ? French accent . He was so obliging and pleasant . Amazing customer service .

Service was excellent, staff were courteous and most helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Price was reasonable.

I appreciate that I was not charged, in an act of goodwill. It seems it was a faulty notification of a tyre pressure issue, so there was no puncture to repair.

I always have a good experience at my car. They do an excellent job and the the staff is very helpful and friendly. I go to My car at Nowra.

I dropped my car in for a service, was advised I needed be brakes and brake pads which was all good. The service took longer due to that, which is fine (estimated pick up time from 1pm pushed to 530pm).

Somehow, from the service, my radio and reversing camera stopped working. I went in the next morning to try and get it fixed, they were unable to and it was requested I drop the car back later in the week. My vehicle was there for the entire Saturday and it was unable to be repaired. I had to walk from the train station to collect my car and when I called to let them know I would be be late the person I spoke with was quite abrupt and mentioned about sending me something with information on how to pay.

Regarding my issue, the person who called me told me that they couldn't fix the problem so I would have to go to an auto-electrician for them to fix the problem and then mycar would pay the invoice, and when I tried to get clarification I was cut off.

Throughout the whole process I've been inconvenienced multiple times and I feel that mycar has not been too concerned about that and now I will be further put out by needing an auto electrician.

Prompt service by staff. Close attention to necessary maintenance on my car.

They are helpful and happy to look after your vehicle. Always received great service and replacements under warranty when needed.
