Called when I bought the wrong tyred. And they helped to fix the issue
Why no wiper blades?
The one thing I said need to be fixed was new wiper blades
When I picked up the car this had not been done so i had to drive home with faulty wipers in heavy rain. Also some filters needed cleaning. Why did they not call me to ask if ok to do the extra items? They knew I was nearby in the shopping centre.
So now have to return to get new blades etc which is inconvenient

I booked the incorrect tyres
I had mistakenly booked the incorrect tyres for my car. The team at mycar called me immediately they noted this and explained what had happened and offered a solution. Luckily they had the correct size tyres I needed on hand and could fit these.
