amazing customer service, the team looked after me even with a shop full of cars they still made time to look at my vehicle and work on what needed to be fixed.

The service was so quick
The service was so quick. They advised to finish the service in 3 hours but I received the message that I could pick up the car just after 2 hours.

Fair work, Fair price.
I called My car Melton for a wheelbalance and puncture repair at was booked in the same day, I could not wish for better service and workmanship. Job was compleated properly quicker than quoted and for a fair price. Higjly recomend My car auto. Well done & thank you!!

Great communication from the gentleman that served us, I think he is the store manager. I forgot his name unfortunately.
This is my second time using mycar Melton and I will definitely be using them in the future. I highly recommend YOU give Mycar Melton a go!

Friendly service, and fit me in quite easily.
It was quite easy to get an appointment and they were very thorough finding any issues, rang and advised me before anything was done. Friendly and got it back before 1pm.

The guys at MyCar melton never fails to provide an excellent service. Always greeting us with a smile and looking after us. Always been to them for my battery and tyre needs for my 3 cars and they always help out in the best possible way.

Everyone was super helpful and patient
They called to let me know how the service was going and anything they recommend getting done, it didn't feel like I was pressured for all these add ons - they advised what they recommend and what could probably wait.
They didn't just assume I knew what everything was for ect they would say what it was and whatnot did and give me options.
First time I've ever had a service where I wasn't left feeling dumb. 1000000% would recommend

I had a great experience at MyCar Melton. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to fix the issue quickly on the day for me and even advised me on future maintenance needs. I highly recommend them.

Very efficient, experienced team that enjoy and proud of their work. This is reflected in how they treat their customers with respect, like family . Informed when they found parts that needed replacement with a quote for those items. Service finished on time and a clean interior.

Easy to book in your vehicle
Easy to book in your vehicle, drop of and pick up no dramas.
Work is completed efficiently and workmanship is great.
Also very friendly staff at My Car Melton who explain the work completed and warranty on service. Just to think I used to stick with dealership services which are just a rip off.
