I booked my car into Mycar Maitland for 4 new tyres, balance etc and rego check. I had the most wonderful service from the two guys there - both were so polite and helpful.
I would highly recommend this store for courteous and friendly assistance as well as very thorough service. I could not be happier with the service I received.

Overall, My Experience Was Ok.
Overall, my experience was ok.
Friendly Staff.
Upon arrival, I was notified that my tyres have not arrived. I dropped my car off around an hour before the initial drop off time. 2pm pick up, car was ready to be picked up around 3:30.
I was notified that my car would not be ready at the preferred time.
It would have been great to know prior to the day of booking to know that there will be a delay in my tyres not being there.

Pink Slip
They were able to get my car in on the same day I called to get a pink slip done. They done it within an hour and sent a message ready for pickup. They were also very informative and picked up on a warranty issue. Very happy with the service from Mycar.
