DISGUSTING service. Was told management changed and they have no record of our tyre warranty. The worker at the time said he fixed the flat tyre with glue- for an additional 50 dollars. Dad was driving and the wheel blew again. We went back and they didn't want to change the tyre for us. We eventually left not paying because he realised the man LIED about gluing the tyre after inspection. You are so lucky that dad wasn't on the freeway in his ute when it happened. I'll be taking this as far as I can.

The work they did was satisfactory.Very pleased with the customer support and friendliness they showed to me.. Will definitely be going back for my future service.

I'Ve been not only burned by the other MyCar location's (managers just doing the dodgy thing on my car) but also with this location with the old manager..... but the new manager and the team seem pretty solid, so I will return as long as they are there at the shop.

I have been a customer of MyCar Kardinya for several years now and have never been disappointed! Just recently they repaired a puncture on my car tyre, same day service! My car is under warranty so I did go to my vehicle dealership first to see what they could do and they couldn't fit the job in for about 4 weeks... Thanks MyCar for once again assisting me, great staff, great customer service! Thanks!

The young man was polite and courteous! He called me and explained what other issues my car had plainly and clearly!! He was never pushy about getting the other work done and when I was leaving he came ( when I asked) and readjusted my radio for me!! I’ll definitely go back!!! Thanks

Great service, lovely staff

Worst experience, Mycar told me I urgently needed new brakes and quoted me $1350.00. I shopped around for better quotes and took my car to another dealership who said that my brakes were like new and did not need any work. This was a totally dishonest quote given by MyCar Kardinya, when I called to speak to a manager I was informed that there was no manager and they had no care about their previous quote. I am very grateful for the honesty of McCoy Street Auto Repairs.

My experience was positive from start to finish. My service was an urgent one and MyCar Kardinya went the extra mile to help me have a reliable car for my travels. Which gave me peace of mind. I will definitely return.
