Excellent service and explained everything that needed doing. Only downfall was a air filter was delivered to them the wrong one but they apologised and corrected it within a few days.

We took our car in for some new brakes.
The job was well priced and the work was completed in a timely manner.

These guys saved my day!
I got a massive screw in one of my wheels and the guys from my car Ipswich fixed the wheel as quick as they can even though I didn’t have an appointment. They saved my day. Totally recommend them

Amazing team
Easy to book, Matt from Ipswich was lovely , job was completed in the allocated time frame...sometimes its scary being a girl and organising car stuff but the team were uber lovely!

They are so friendly and always eager to help. I called late Friday about car air-conditioning trouble, the said bring it in first thing Saturday to have a look.

Customer Service
I rang up about and issue and they had me come in straight away and have it sorted within a few hours. the staff were lovely and helped me out heaps. they were very kind and explained exactly what had happened and didn’t talk down to me once unlike some of there competitors. i will definitely be back

Happy with great service
It was very easy to make a booking on-line, being so close to Christmas, the web-site was easy to navigate. I dropped my car in and was able to park outside the door. Location is great, as the shopping centre was right there and I was able to spend the hour in air-con and do a bit of shopping. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and explained rhe after sale warrantee and extra services supplied, like puncture repairs and rotatation service.
