Quick pleasant customer service and the understanding shown regarding explanations and time frames for repairs and future services.

Needed 2 new tyres.
1 on the flat in the boot and 1 on the spare that was on the car.
Other 3 tyres under 12 months old.
The spare was the original brand tyre that came with car.. other 4 were the same brand..
Kmart auto took 1 flat one like they should have and took one of the new ones that had nothing wrong with it and patched the spare up. Noticed this as i got home and looked at the spare and seen the screw is still in the tyre. After that looked over the tyres and noticed which brand was missing.
Didn't change setting on screen, when car turns on it still tells me service overdue and another notification needs oil..
Also was told alot of extra things need to be done to it which doesn't need doing.
Part of service break system needed to be put through the computer to see if everything is working fine.. was told at pick up break test was never done.
Paid for 2 tyres.
Paid for basic service.
Over $500.
To have a good working tyre taken from me, half ass job on service and told false information.
Only used kmart auto as car desperately needed tyres and service and they were available earliest. First and last time.

They forgot to put the plastic covers back on underneath the car. They were hanging down from the car.

The experience of a major service with Richard and his team was awesome. Richard was a kind courteous experience person at this position to look after me as being a lady. It’s hard to know what’s what and even if you think something was done six months ago and yes, I was wrong. Richard explains it with out getting annoyed or upset which to me was a plus.
