I have been to this location twice now, both time I’ve had to return the day after my normal service with issues,
Fist time, there was issue with the timing belt and fan belt,
Second service- issue after saying they had completed the head light check, received the car back and the day time running light isn’t working- they are now refusing to assist or take ownership.
I would avoid and stick with your dealer service
My car is a 2021 model and have had no issues at all, only issues after they service it.
Not returning ever, not reliable.

I encountered some missed understanding regarding the job!

I was quoted $240 on the phone for a service where I mentioned the car had done about 108k.
I was charged then $640 for the service. I was told that I had requested a log book service and that it was the standard price for a 120k service. When I disputed the price I was told that I had 'signed the paperwork' for the service. The paperwork must have had the inflated price on it. More fool me for not wearing my specs and checking what I was signing. I blame the person on the phone who gave the wrong quote but the manager of the store would not budge, acknowledge any liability or allow me to speak to his boss and kept shrilly insisting that I had signed the paperwork. The affair has left a bad taste and I won't be using mycar again. The 2nd star is because I presume they did a good job with the service, after all you get what you pay for.

Book a week in advance to fix a power window not going up. Arrived ten minutes before eight and presented my to the office. I was advised that they were far too busy to deal with my issue and that they would still take a look and quoted $160. I said ok and two hours later I’m told they are unable to do the repair and charged $100! What a waste of time and money! I’ve been a Mycar customer for years but won’t being coming back!
