Car didn’t turn on after fix
I had done my service with them so the roadside assist to tow it there was free but when I went to pick up my car after it was “fixed”, it didn’t turn on. They replaced my radiator initially and then discovered there was still a leak afterwards hence it didn’t turn on. I’m now waiting for it to be fixed a second time.

Staff were accommodating as to getting…
Staff were accommodating as to getting my rego completed at my earliest time. Vehicle was checked for faults and noted my front tyres were not evenly worn due to bad wheel alignment since purchasing the car in 2019. I am happy with customer service and the advice given at looking after my car.

Car service
Booking for the service was nice and easy - the bloke I spoke to was friendly and easy to deal with. On the day of the service, brought the car in later than I wanted to, got there and found out they close in a couple of hours. The mechanic, Alex, was very nice and accommodating and still accepted the job. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend mycar ashfield!

Guys were great
Guys were great, and able to replace my tyres at short notice and offered good advice about my brakes and oil before a long trip. Very well looked after, thank you 👍

Amazing Service
