Mycar were able to repair/ replace my tyres on the day when I arrived without a booking and a flat tyre

1 dangerous
1. They forgot to order my parts.
2. Called me asking where am I for the booking although they didn’t have the parts in.
3. After installing new front shock absorbers a bolt was forgotten to be put back in place leaving my brake hose to run against the shock absorbers.
4. This was for a rego check yet should not have passed missing the bolt.
Never again!

I had to have a tyre either repaired or…
I had to have a tyre either repaired or replaced due to a nail in the tyre. Unfortunately the lock nut key was missing so I asked for advice. I was told it might be possible to remove the nut in question with a lock nut removal tool, and without asking if I would like to pay to check this, an employee said he would have a look. He spent about 5-10 minutes with the removal tool without success. I thought he was doing this (reasonably) in the hope of getting my business to change the tyre but then I was charged $66.50 for the privilege of this check, which I have since discovered was never going to succeed anyway. Would appreciate a refund. Or is it my fault for being naive? People often do brief diagnostic work to gain business without charging.
