⚠️ Très mauvaise expérience – prélèvements injustifiés (150euros!!)
Je suis extrêmement mécontente de mon expérience avec My Body.
J’ai été débitée de 103 €, alors que ce montant ne correspondait pas à mon abonnement. J’ai également été prélevée de 48 € au lieu de 33,78 €.
Ces prélèvements sont incompréhensibles et je demande aujourd’hui le remboursement des sommes prélevées à tort, ainsi qu’une explication claire concernant ces montants.
J’espère qu’une solution sera rapidement trouvée. À défaut, je compte saisir le service juridique de Test Achats afin de faire valoir mes droits.
Je vous déconseille fortement de svous laisser tenter par l'essai gratuit.

Scam company
This company has no moral compass. AUD $240 was debited from my account, without any warning. Technically, it was my fault as I missed the (very very tiny) small print, stating that they would continue to debit my account unless I cancelled. Whilst I understand that this is a business model, not receiving an email to warn me of this charge, as other, more customer oriented companies do, is despicable, especially when they are extorting such a ridiculous amount of money for an app. NO app is worth this kind of money and the fees are not explicitly displayed as I would never have signed up, had I known I would be charged this much. I know I won't be getting my money back, but I hope this review saves someone else from losing their hard earned cash to this scam.

Horrible billing practices
DO NOT DOWNLOAD - YOU WILL BE BILLED ENDLESSLY UNTIL YOU KEEP CHANGING CREDIT CARDS. NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU CANCEL. I've cancelled at least twice, probably 3 times w/ confirmation, yet I keep getting billed, have to flag it with bank, then the bank has to give me a new card. Going on 9 months.
