Beware of subscriptions and free trial
You need to cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the renewal . If you do it the day of, there is no compromise, you just get quoted there policy and no refund is considered approximately $84.00. The customer service had a very AI generated response so no real customer service . Beware seniors .

Be wary of their billing practices
I enjoyed the app, and have lost some weight. However I initially had a free trial and was offered a monthly subscription of £12.89 per month instead of £42.49.
However yesterday £42.49 was taken from my account, I have been refused a refund and just referred to their t&Cs
I will continue to pursue a refund of my balance. I was happy to pay the £12.89 pcm.
I have now cancelled my subscription, during the process I was offered lifetime membership for £29.50!! Why couldn't this offer be made at the beginning.
Be very very wary of their billing practices.

A bit dodgy.
. I heard from them at 5.30am New Zealand time, i put i wanted the phone call at 9am NZ time. Anyway i got my first monthly payment discounted to $25.55 NZ dollars which was great, but this morning i was told i needed a year subscription which would cost me over $2grand, i was shocked & told her i couldnt afford that kind of money, then she said she would break it down to $400 a month, i told her that too was an impossible amount for me to pay, i then decided not to do it at all, why cant they be upfront & tell you of the true cost in their ads. So now im not a subscriber i asked for my first months money i paid, but they wont give it back to me. I find this to be very unfair. They've taken my money under false pretences.

Be very wary of ongoing subscription charges
Like others I was lured into subscribing by the ever lowering price . Once subscribed I tried to unsubscribe but obviously no refund. At least I cancelled immediately. The app itself is formulaic and def no better than the free version of my fitness pal. The meals are very bread heavy - the suggestions for one day was tofu hummus and tomato sandwich a wrap at lunch pitta bread snack and a grilled cheese sandwich for supper.. The photos are misleading . For eg peanut butter and strawberries are given as a snack at 124 calories yet the photo shows 2 large pieces of toast with at least 2 large teaspoon peanut butter. You have to search the amount to find only 5gm PB allowed! At least I only wasted £13.

First month in and for the first time…
First month in and for the first time in 2 years, I have managed to lose weight, 4.5kg (10lbs ish) so far. I have been recording everything in the app, and that has shown me where I have been going wrong for so long. I have spent a long time guesstimating calories and this app has brought me back down to earth. I now weigh everything. The suggested meals are filling and enjoyable but you can also calculate the nutritional content of your own recipes.
This brings me around to the negatives. UK here. The barcode reader doesnt work on any UK product I have tried it on. A good deal of the foodstuffs in the 'library' are called by a different name in the US or are totally alien to us. And what the hell is a 'cup'? I did look it up, a measurement of volume, so a cup of flour weighs differently to a cup of sugar. So now tell me how I'm supposed to measure a 'cup' of dry spaghetti! So come on guys, if you are selling your app to the world outside the US, you need to include kilos and grams. This scenario usually occurs when adding foods to existing recipes or snacks.
All in all, the app has kept me focused and appears to be working. Please note the cost per month leaps up after the initial one month reduced price.

This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam. They charged my PayPal without ever contacting me. I tried to ask for a refund but they refused. I never even used the app as it was very user unfriendly. Stay away from this company. Youe will just lose your money not weight. I would give zero stars if you could.

Bonjour je n’ai jamais rien commandé et jamais rien reçu, mais par contre j’ai des prélèvements de 40,50€ et 8€. Je n’ai jamais été abonné chez Mybody, alors je demande à ce que ces prélèvements cesse. Au quel cas je serais obligé de déposer plainte.
