Very easy booking system, fast communication and clear follow up for questions and clarification on inspection report.
Provided a quote very promptly and report came through quickly, clearly with photos and comments for reference.
Small hick up with time of arrival for inspection, however cannot fault the work done, communication and follow up.

I booked for Saturday on the website but it turns out you guys don’t operate on Saturday. I tried to contact you but there was no luck. I then got a message explaining the problem. From there they asked another suitable time. I responded with a time but got no answer for the whole day. I woke up the next morning with a random message saying that the people were on their way. I then had to make sure that everything was good on the other end (the person I’m buying the car off). Basically it was a big mess and there wasn’t much communication I would’ve loved it if they offered some sort of refund because I think after all I went through I deserved something.

Booked for the Monday morning, didn’t show up until the next day. Car broke down again after one day poor communication. Do not recommend waste of 700 dollars.

They were very easy to contact, work with and the only thing that I think that needs improvement is the ability to add the home address where the car will be IF we have been given the car to use for a day or overnight as it only allows the Dealer's details OR Private Sellers' address but does not allow you to put your home address in and I had to e-mail and request change of address however the customer service were responsive and acted promptly which was awesome

They were quick to respond and made the whole process smooth. It is worth getting your car fixed with this team.

Service was prompt and the report came in immediately after completion.

The report was comprehensive and gave me the confidence needed to go to the next step of the sale.

There was an error when I made the booking on a Saturday. But customer services promptly got back to me Monday morning. I didn’t get the original time that I booked for but they arranged everything else pretty smoothly. Overall good experience save for the website booking error.

Rang My Auto Shop asking for a quote for Drive belt and Pulley replacement for a Hyundai Sonata,Their quote $239 dollars for the belt. Hyndundai's price $75

They wanted to charge labour costs of two hours for something that is a ten minute job at a rate of $120 an hour so $240 dollars/

I asked them to clarify why removing a pulley and replacing a drive belt would take a qualified mechanic two hours when in reality it is a ten minute job as the tensioner is easily accessible have still not recieved a reply...

The total quote for the job was $660
I have now got my teenage sons car done for a $191.63 less than a third they quoted

Stay away unless you don't mind being overcharged!

Our car wouldn't start and Esteban the Technician did an amazing job diagnosing the fuel pump was faulty and replaced it without any issues. Comms were awesome, knew exactly when he was going to arrive. Great customer experience, highly recommend.

Good service thorough and quick feedback. Only negative was the booking website was a bit confusing and slow to run transactions so needed to do it multiple times.

After using My Auto Shop a few weeks back, this time my radiator blew, I mad an enquiry straight away, they got back to me within 20mins. Justin was tech again for me that came and saved the day! Came to my jobsite, replaced the radiator, did a full diagnostic and gave the vehicle a clean bill of health. 5 stars all round! No time lost on my job, no towing to a mechanic, just great customer service all round. Highly recommend to anyone.

Really efficient having the mechanic come to the house - both the guys who were here were incredibly helpful and informative. Went above and beyond to explain the issues (for someone unfamiliar with cars!). The report that came through was comprehensive, great experience, thank you!
