its a scam, they make you pay for a visa that are mostly granted free on governmental sites, and they deny your request for refund saying you agreed to terms and conditions. stay away

MyArrival is an independent intermediary service, not a government website. We clearly state this throughout our website and during the application process. Our name, MyArrival, also does not represent or suggest that we are a government authority. In addition, our website clearly shows that we offer arrival cards and visa-related services for multiple countries.
Travellers are always free to apply directly through the relevant government website if they prefer. Our service is intended for travellers who value the additional support we provide, including verified checks of submitted information, multilingual customer support 7 days a week, and assistance throughout the application process.
Regarding refunds, our terms and conditions clearly explain that cancellations are unfortunately not possible once an application has been processed and the service has been provided. These terms are presented to customers before completing their purchase.
We understand that some travellers may prefer to apply directly through a government website, and that is of course their choice. However, describing our service as a “scam” is misleading. We are transparent about being an independent intermediary and about the service we provide for the fee paid.

My application for two My Arrival Cards…
My application for two My Arrival Cards was forwarded approximately 8 weeks ago with payment.
The applications were "still progressing"
I hadn't heard anything until I sent a message stating my concerns for our trip with less than 48 hours before departure.
Within 2 hours I had received a reply stating they had been finalized, along with purchases of Visa's shortly after.

We’d also like to explain why applications can sometimes remain “in progress” for a period of time. We offer an early submission service, but we intentionally process and finalize arrival cards closer to the traveller’s arrival date. This is because arrival cards can have a limited period of validity, and we want to make sure the documents remain valid and usable when you arrive in the relevant country.
We completely understand that seeing an application still progressing close to departure can cause some concern, which is why our support team is available to assist and provide updates whenever needed.

The use of MyArrival was seamless. I was entirely ignorant of the process and actually thought I was going on to the actual South African Revenue website, because of the way my Google search results came up. I only realised I was on a commercial website when I was asked to pay the fee which I thought was a bit steep. However, the information required for the customs declaration was clear and easy to fill and, once done, required no further input from me. All I had to do when I arrived in Cape Town was show a screen shot of the confirmation I received from MyArrival and I was waived through.
