As others have said this was either a scam or was certainly bordering on it. I signed up to the £1 three day option and was trying to follow the process to open the app and before I knew it I had paid another £25.99 unwittingly! When I checked me emails it said another £42.99 would be taken from my account in a few days time. I immediately contacted the company and they said I had signed the terms and conditions so no refund. My subscription has been cancelled (hopefully!). I haven’t even tried to use the app for fear of clicking on yet more payment options. Avoid at all costs

I believe this app is a complete scam!!!!

I signed up because I thought I was paying £1 for a 3-day trial to test the hairstyle feature. Instead, I was unexpectedly charged £25.99 twice. At no point did I knowingly agree to purchase two separate digital products for £25.99 each, and I certainly never intended to make those purchases.

When I contacted customer support, they refused to take responsibility and claimed I had agreed to their terms. I dispute this completely. The charges were not made clear to me during the sign-up process, and I would never have agreed to them.

If you're considering trying this app, be extremely cautious. Check everything carefully before entering your payment details. I've reported the transaction to my bank, and I'm considering taking the matter further because I don't want others to experience the same thing.

An absolute scam, I took a £1.00 3 day trial on hairstyles, I didn't even receive it but instantly a second payment of £25.99 was taken from my card with no authorisation. I reported this to inspoy / stylix who outright refused and sent fake screenshots saying I agreed to their conditions a month ago, it was two days ago. (None of this was shown). After replying to them and threatening to leave a bad review, report to action fraud and consumer protection because they are thieving scammers I instantly got a refund. I wonder how many people have been scammed?

Do not be tempted to trial this is a major scam. I have reported to my bank and the next step is action fraud.

Do not use. You pay for a trial and then BAM! you’re charged for a full monthly payment. As soon as I got a warning email, I cancelled but they took the money anyway even whilst it was at the pending stage cheeky bleepers! I emailed to say that I only gave permission to pay the 99p trial but they took the money directly out of my account without my permission. It feels like a scam. I asked for a refund and this hasn’t been granted. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! It’s a scam!

Site plus que douteux, propose un essai de 1 euros et débite mon compte de plus de 47 euros j'ai résilié et demandé le remboursement ... j'attend la suite en tous cas à éviter méthode crapuleuse à n'en pas douter

Geen abonnement afgesloten, ik heb alleen die voor drie dagen 1,99. Gedaan, en ze doen zo maar 29,99 afhalen van mijn rekening, al contact gezocht, maar krijg niks te horen. Ik vindt dit dieferij, en heel onbeschoft.

The website was abysmal and not fit for purpose. I was then charged £34.99 for a subscription. They have refused to refund this.

Oplichterij!! Geen abonnement afgesloten, maar proefperiode en ook op tijd volgens de voorwaarden opgezegd. Alsnog geld in rekening gebracht en geen contact gezocht!

Voleurs. Vous cliquez sur "payez 1 euros" et vous finisser par payer deux fois 30 sans avoir lu en tout petit le détail de l'arnaque. A fuir.

Idem, j'essaie pour voir quelle coupe de cheveux me va bien.
Résultat : rien du tout
Par contre s'ensuit un défilé de proposition, code couleur, habits etc
J'envoie un message pour dire : stop avant le 3jours.
Pas de nouvelles de ce message
Et puis débit de 47.90 en beauté !!!!
Comme je déteste me faire enfler de la sorte.
Moralité : (a moi même) ne rien acheter sur le net !!!!!

J'ai voulu tester à la proposition de 1,20 euros, pour tester, et j'ai été débité de deux sommes. 29,99 Euros et de 28, 99 Euros. Je n'ai jamais voulu acheter l'application définitivement sans savoir ce que c'était. Du coup, je veux être remboursée intégralement. C'est une arnaque
