Scam discounts! They constantly increase the original prices so they can fool you with those 50%, 45% off ‘discounts’. Quality is alright even tho the logos peel from the leggings. But I can’t deal... Vis mer
Do not buy from this company
On 02.06.2025 I purchased two items under order number 673491845. The order completed but I was informed that the items were out of stock and no money had been taken. SIX months later on 27th January 2026 I received an email from My Protein to state that my order had been dispatched and was being delivered by Evri. Despite attempting to contact Evri to advise them I had moved property and no longer resided at the parcel address I received no response and the parcel was delivered to my old address in Newport. I had previously changed my address with My Protein during a purchase I made on 1 January 2026 so there was no reason why this order was delivered to the incorrect address when My Protein were already aware of my new address.
I contacted My Protein to advise of the above and their response was inconsiderate and unsympathetic and merely stated that they couldn't change the address on an order, leaving me out of pocket by £31.92. So, after being a loyal customer and ordering hundreds of pounds of products from them I will now be taking my business elsewhere where customer service is a priority and issues are resolved promptly, politely and positively.

I think the last 3-4 deliveries have been significantly delayed because they use evri. Always says delivery is attempted even though I know for a fact it never was 🤡 😂 you’d have to be stupid to run your company through the dirt by using Evri just to save pennies. I bet 2026 is one of the worst years to date watch this space, it’s clear you’re about to lose a LOT of customers.

Familiar story, paid extra for next day delivery (silly me) checked out and saw the dreaded "Shipped by Evri."
I should have known what was coming.
Had the delivery confirmation for yesterday and waited in only to receive the "sorry we missed you" email.
I am not sure who they missed because I was definitely home all day.
Looking through the other reviews and the impecible 1.2 Star rating it looks like MyProtein risk a lot of business by continuing to use Evri.
Evri may be cost effective but losing your customers sure isn't.
Was told by customer services that there is nothing they could do and to wait until Wednesday and if it still hadn't arrived we can try again... I don't really want to try again ideally.
After some back and forth I was given £5.99 MP credit, not sure what use that will be to me but thanks I guess.
I have solely used MyProtein for years in my dabbles with fitness but I think it is time to look into alternatives.

Charged me twice and refuse to refund the payment. I ordered a 1kg tub of protein and shortly after received an email that payment had not gone through with a link to remake payment. I done so and upon checking my bank had indeed been charged twice. I got in contact with support who asked for lots of information to in the end tell me I had only paid once even though it’s showing I paid twice on my statement. The only positive is their fast reply time.

Hands down the worst shopping experience of a lifetime
Money taken, never delivered!
I placed an order for a Christmas present on 18th December. According to their website, all orders are dispatched within 48 hours so I thought it would definitely arrive before Christmas Day. When it didn't, I put it down to them having an influx of orders over the Christmas period, however I then received an email to say it has not yet been dispatched and is still in processing 12 days after I made the purchase. I emailed customer service to explain the situation and received a generic, copy and paste email in return. I have been on the online chat on their website today - first of all they couldn't verify my order as none of the details matched apparently despite me literally copy and pasting from my confirmation email. I then finally got put through to a human who has told me half my order is out of stock - why was I able to order it and why have I not been updated about this? I was then told that payment had not been taken so I could just cancel my order... the money came out of my account within 24 hours of me placing the order. After a very long argument, I have been offered for half of my order to be dispatched, or to cancel my order. However, they are still claiming money was never taken. Will I get my money back? Doubt it.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order, clearly a scam. They advise delivery has been attempted multiple time and the number given just places you on hold. Safe to say have not and will not be receiving my order.

This company uses "bait-and-switch" scams
This company uses "bait-and-switch" or "fake order" scams, where they lure you with a low price, claim non-delivery or an error, and then re-list the item at a much higher price, which is illegal. This happened to me when I put an order in on Amazon on Black Friday. I reordered the item but the price had increased significantly! I am currently waiting for them to get back to me as I've requested a refund for the difference in price.
Title: Two‑week delay, missing parcel twice, no communication
I placed an order with MyProtein on 21 November. More than two weeks later, I still have no clear information about where the parcel is or when it will be delivered. The parcel has gone missing twice in that period, and there has been no proactive communication from MyProtein at any stage except "We will look into it".
The only contact option is social media, and despite notifying them there, no solution was offered. Tracking information from EVRI has been inconsistent and inaccurate throughout, and the parcel has remained “out for delivery” for 4 days without ever arriving.
Overall, this has been a service failure from both MyProtein and EVRI, with no meaningful updates, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the issue.

They used to be so good.
After over 10 years of being a loyal customer and spending many thousands of pounds, they rewarded me by scamming me twice on black Friday with the discount and I am also 2 items short in my order i paid for.
I am now in a dispute with them over my missing items which they are trying to gaslight me over.
I really hate this terrible scam company now and I am going to report them to trading standards and never ever order from them again.

My whey protein concentrate tasted Awful
My whey protein concentrate, unflavoured, came tasting sour, clumping and smelling off. I buy from them all the time and never had Horrible taste like this(I've been bodybuilding for over 15 years now), when I reported it to My Protein they just said Our protein is top quality etc, etc and wouldn't even acknowledge my complaint.
I always use Bulk Powders now, much better.
And My Protein always spamming 'discounts'.
They have sent my order to the wrong…
They have sent my order to the wrong address and regardless of how promptly ive tied to sort it out or the fact that they still haven’t dispatched it 24hrs later they’ve refused to cancel it or change the delivery address. Fuming!
