Ordered a 2 carats pendant for my mum as her birthday gift.
Was impatient initially and made enquiry. The team got back to me explaining every order is handmade and will take time. Once finished, the delivery by Fed Ex is super fast, incredibly fast.
My mum is very delighted with the pendant, it is sparkling elegant and impressed with the workmanship.

I have purchased a few rings over the years from MWring, everytime they have been so helpful, their email responses are so quick. They double check my order before going ahead, they helped me out with PayPal issues (nothing to do with their end), I have nothing but fantastic stuff to say about them as a company.
Then you receive your order, OMG the rings are so stunning. They are so beautiful made to geat detail, they sparkle so beautifully, even after 3 years I have the rings that still look like new. I have never been disappointed at all, always blown away. I love love love wearing them. I love their Rose Gold options.

Your website states that if there is a…problem with quality you will make it right,
Your website states that if there is a quality issue please contact you customer service. My daughter has contacted you regard her engagement ring that she received 5 days ago. The stone was loose. She took it to a jewelry store to get it fixed and was shown that the prongs on the setting were basically non-existent. You company will not accept the ring and you have told her that the silver is too soft a metal so I guess you quality customer service is all a lie.

No warranty bracelet from MW last…
I bought a tennis bracelet from MW last year in October for my wife.
It's a beautiful bracelet, she loves it. Unfortunately 2 of the stones came off.
I tried to contact customer service only getting automated reply and one email asking for pictures which I have provided. Then stop.
Buy at your own risk!

Customer service reached out to me after posting this review and a replacement bracelet was sent, I had to pay the shipping cost.
Other than customer service experience, product itself is lovely. Updated to 3 stars from 1.

I ordered the MW477 Perilla Ring/Moissanite/2CT and it is stunning. The quality is excellent and it's crystal clear and sparkles better than my real diamond. The only problem I had was understanding how long it took for processing and delivery. Delivery took 13 days and the whole process was about 6 weeks. Be patient because you do receive a beautiful piece of jewelry to wear. I plan to order other pieces in the near future. Thank you MWRing!!

Terrible quality, gold plating wore off after 3rd use
After a very long back and forth MW Ring they did return 50% of the purchase total back for the ring as I wanted to return the ring. This company is very untrustworthy and the reviews on their website I wouldn't trust. I left an honest review of the ring I purchased on their website and they have removed my negative review! Customers should be able to shop with confidence and this company is definitely hiding true reviews. I have worn the ring approximately 3-4 times and the gold plating is already starting to fade really badly. I haven't gotten the ring wet or worn it when I have slept, I would say total 5 hours of wear. The quality of the ring is why I wanted to return it in the first place, after wearing it hardly at all I wish I had never bought this ring at all even for half the cost the ring the ring isn't worth the money, the prongs are completely silver, complete waste of money. I've had $10 gold plated rings last longer than this, quality is absolutely shocking for the price they charge. So I would say if you are going to spend the money on real gold then you may be ok but if you're thinking of getting gold plating definitely don't expect it to last beyond the first wear or two.
