I notified MWring and they were quick to rectify the mistake and promptly sent me my size 7. I was very pleased and thankful. I will definitely order from them again!

The customer service is excellent! I received a pair of moissanite earrings, and there was a quality issue. I reached out to the company, and they replied quickly.
They assured me that they would replace the earrings and sent me a new pair with a tracking number.
I received the new pair, and it is perfect! I am so happy with the earrings, and the customer service. They truly care about their products and their customers!
I am very pleased, and will certainly recommend the company to family and friends.

Omgosh I can't rave enough about how wonderful this company is! 1st of all the quality of their pieces are OUTSTANDING! Stunning and classy in design as much as its beauty on your fingers! Such great experience
Such great experience. I lost my diamond in my wedding ring and thought i would look at replacing the diamond, i came across MWring website and the jewelry was fabulous. I found a ring my husband and i both loved and received it yesterday and im very impressed. I dont think i will be replacing my diamond in my old ring.

The moissonite oval cut 3 carat engagement ring I bought for my fiance just arrive today. The service experience with the company was amazing. They responded within 24hrs to any questions I had and packaging and certificates were very professional and beautiful. As for the ring, it's absolutely stunning! I'm not a big jewelery guy but I have to admit that this thing catches light and the colors dance like crazy. In some light it lights brilliant white with colors sparkling and in other light it becomes a beautiful blue color. Great price and my bride to be is sooo happy!

Love my Bridal set!
Update - after the initial fiasco we experienced with our missing order, MWring made every BEST effort to rectify the situation. Including upgrading our shipping for free to 3-5 day FedEx AND giving us a 30%refund!
I received my bridal set today and OMG is it stunning! Not only is it sparkly but the ring itself is sturdy. You can tell it is not cheaply made at all! And if you order Moissanite, it comes with a certificate for the gems. I am very pleased with my set - my first bridal set years ago from someone else was real diamonds and 14kt white gold - thousands more than what this set cost us. And guess what?! This set looks just as beautiful if not more beautiful!
