Have placed two separate orders. Very easy to order. Both items shipped quickly and both items arrived safely. Great to find that the delicate musical instruments had been packed so well. Very pleased with the quality of the instruments.

I received my order it was very well packaged and well protected thank you for that, I was pleased to see that. This is truly a beautiful harp, it's as light as a feather the lightest harp I have ever handled I was surprised by that, however, it was supposed to include a spare set of strings with it, it is shown advertised as such, but it was NOT included with this harp, I immediately emailed the seller after opening the parcel and discovering this, but until now the seller has not responded to my email, by completing my order of sending me my missing replacement nylon strings, and making my order complete, closed and finished with. What a shame and a disappointment, as this kinnor harp was purchased to be given as a special gift, for my niece to start off her musical journey with.
Also fyi, in regards to the recommended notes tuning of this type of harp, it does not coincide with the order and placement of the strings so you may want to change the print of what is advertised on your website or not bother at all, is what I suspect will be your attitude to this tidbit of information considering you see the harps everyday at your shop or warehouse.

I returned an instrument for a refund after the company agreed to accept the return.
Two weeks later, I still haven’t received my refund and my emails remain unanswered.
Very disappointing customer service, especially for a €500 order.

Really happy with my new 29 string lever harp!

The little harp is delightful. We’re giving it to a harper who is getting married, accompanied by two teddy bears I’ve knitted, Conductor Bear (in white tie and tails) and Harper Bear (evening dress). Although it’s a small instrument, it has strings that presumably can be played since it comes with a tuner. It was extremely well wrapped, arrived in good time, and we’re very pleased with it.

I ordered from Germany and the instrument arrived 26 hours later. Perfekt.
It was precisly packed.
