We had an outstanding experience working with our mortgage broker, Sian Fisher. From start to finish, she was absolutely brilliant.

Our journey to finding the right home took quite a while, and at one point we even had three different buyers due to the original ones falling through. This meant we had to reapply for our mortgage more than once, which could have been incredibly stressful, but Sian made the entire process so much smoother. She was patient, professional, and always available whenever we needed guidance or reassurance.

What really stood out was how she consistently went above and beyond. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she handled every twist and turn with calm expertise. We also ported part of our mortgage, and Sian has already set key dates to ensure we’re fully supported with the next steps later this year, which gives us great peace of mind.

We truly couldn’t have asked for better support throughout this process. I cannot recommend Sian enough!

I met Lisa when I was first looking to buy a house at the beginning of 2025. Whilst it took me a while to find a house an go through the process, she would regularly check in and ensure I was ok / if I had progressed any further. My experience working with Sian has been completely 5 stars through the whole process. I had a unique case as i was in a Let-to-buy situation with adverse credit. Sian went above and beyond to secure me the best possible outcome. Sian not only dealt with the lenders but was also having to deal with the estate agents constantly requesting updates. I am a first time buyer and had absolutely no idea how to go about buying a property or getting a mortgage or what other things I may need.
