I ordered the Deco Tile Bistro Table. When it arrived it was the wrong colour and not in great condition.

Claire Tinnion and her customer service team were fabulous. They checked out the stock and hadn't got a replacement. They apologised and organised a swift collection of my bistro table and an effective refund.

Given them 5 stars as I assess a company on how they respond when things go wrong; and Museum Selction were excellent

Pas de stock sur les objets, le covid, la douane, tout est bon pour justifier les retards de livraison. Et toujours pas reçu...
Si vous souhaitez un objet pour Noël, pensez à commander 6 mois avant, vous aurez peut-être une chance...
Et même pas un geste commercial, pas un petit cadeau, rien, rien, ....
Les excuses ca va un moment ....
Si vous ne pouvez pas tenir des délais corrects ne vendez pas en France !!!

On the 28th March I ordered and paid for a pair of Victorian Obelisks for my sister's birthday at the end of April. I have been very patient but 10 weeks later have still not received them. Whilst the company, which is citing Covid 19 for the delays, has updated me with possible dates for delivery, all of these have come and gone with no obelisks in sight! I have been given the option of a refund along with pending delivery dates but I actually want the gift that I ordered and feel it is time for them to either produce the goods or tell me that they are unavailable and refund my money. I have also noticed that the same obelisks are still being advertised in the latest catalogue. Given the unacceptable delivery delay surely this item should be withdrawn to save any further unsuspecting customers placing an order for a beautiful obelisk to grace their summer garden that probably won't arrive until winter.

I bought a gift for my grandmother a few months ago and ever since then I've started receiving insane ammounts of spam mail in the post, countless catolagues from sketchy companies and charity cheques already filled out with my personal details. As there is nothing I can do to stop it I thought I would warn others.

(I know this company is to blame because I made a typo in the spelling of my name when I ordered from them which is present on all this junk)

I bought the Victorian mister from Museum Selection, it was exactly as expected and the service was great.

Artikel sollen plötzlich nach England zurück gesendet werden und nicht wie in den AGBs angegeben an eine deutsche Adresse!
Ich warte seit 4 Wochen auf eine Gutschrift für eine Nachlieferung, die von mir nie angenommen wurde.
Ich habe die Annahme verweigert, da Ostergeschenke 2 Wochen nach Ostern geliefert wurden.
Selbst nach Stornierung wird die Ware erst eine Woche später in den Versand gegeben?!

Habe im Nov.2020 2 Artikel bestellt und nach Erhalt auch gleich die beiliegende Rechnung beglichen, nach 5 Monaten behaupten die, es sei nur ein Artikel bezahlt worden! Stellen also eine Forderung für einen Artikel der bereits bezahlt wurde. In meinen Augen : Verbrecher wie sie im Buche stehen! Kaufe dort nie wieder! Keinen Stern

I baught a set of glass watering globes, they arrived very well packaged and look even better than I was expecting. Work very well and all in all a very happy buying experience and would higy recommend shopping with this company.

I bought a gorgeous pair of art deco earrings from Museum Selection, they arrived promptly and in a lovely gift box. Too lovely to give away, I kept them for myself

J'ai été agréablement surprise par le délai de livraison. Mes 4 mugs Klimt sont arrivés en excellent état dans un joli coffret. Je suis fan des œuvre de Gustave Klimt et je tiens à préciser que les 4 reproductions sont fidèles aux originaux. Ces objets sont autant utiles que décoratifs.
Je suis ravie et je recommande.

lors de la commande fin 2020, il nous avait été dit que le produit ne serait pas disponible avant février 2021.
les délais étaient tout à fait justes et furent respectés. les mugs klimt sont très beaux et de bonne facture. le coffret est très élégant. je ne regrette pas ma commande.

It always surprises me when I see poor reviews against this company, I’ve used them on a number of occasions and always had a good service.

On this occasion, I’m just getting round to reviewing a couple of their food items and the Bobbin Sting Spool. The comms where excellent and received in 48 hours, even it seems a challenge for Amazon at times. All the products where really good quality especially the Bobbin String Spool.

Awful. They sold my details on, and when I contacted them to remove my details from their system the damage had already been done and now I'm receiving unsolicited mail several times a week. This is a breach of GDPR. Avoid like the plague if you want your details kept safe.

Kein Stern, da es mit der Bezahlung online per rechnung nicht funktioniert, und ich nach einer Bestellung seit 2 Jahren immer wieder eine Mahnung bekam, obwohl der Vorgang längst abgeschlossen und geklärt war (viele Telefonate, Briefe, Mails) Sehr mühsam

I ordered some items that were advised to be out of stock at time of delivery. I was updated with delivery date later, and they arrived as stated. Good comms
One item proved defective after short use and I advised MS accordingly. Immediate response from MS apologising for inconvenience and offering refund or replacement. I opted for replacement which came by DPD two days later.

Never used these guys before but finally gave into temptation and bought a couple of items. Delivery was a little slow (Royal Mail 48 hour was more like Royal Mail 96 hours!) but to be expected with covid issues. Otherwise, products as ordered and all of a good quality. I'd use again and echo other sentiments on this forum about giving Museum Selection a chance. We're all adapting to new ways of working and outlets could not possibly have predicted - or prepared for - the twists and turns the last 12 months have taken.

Toujours pas de nouvelles de Museum Sélection et du remboursement attendu depuis le mois de mai 2020. Aucune réaction à mon avis posté dernièrement.
Je trouve lamentable qu'une entreprise qui se dit honorable se comporte comme un voyou en ne tenant pas ses engagements de base, rembourser un client qui a retourné un article dans les temps.
J'espère que cet ultime message fera réagir la société. En tout cas, elle peut compter sur moi pour dire, aussi longtemps que nécessaire, tout le mal que je pense d'elle tant que mon problème ne sera pas réglé.

Give these guys a chance, like all companies they have been overwhelmed by orders that they could never anticipated when they did their ordering and planning at start of 2020. With card shops shut the demand for mail order ones was unprecedented
I ordered a product that didnt work. I emailed them. Was offered email advice which didnt resolve issue. They sent me an FOC returns label. Within days I received a working replacement.
