A couple weeks ago I bought one of Munbyn’s 203-dpi shipping label printers. It wasn’t bad, but since it didn’t fit my needs yesterday I contacted them asking if it would be possible to return the printer and apply any eventual refund amount to the purchase of an higher model. The result of that interaction is I’ll never buy any Munbyn product ever again. Here’s why.
1) Their return policy makes returning items impossible for 99.8% of clients.
2) The support rep’s reply to my aforementioned request was as condescending and borderline insulting as it can get and the “counteroffer” they made was a joke (and it’s not the first time I get this kind of rude response from Munbyn agents).
3) They don’t treat EU customers the same way as US and UK ones (several models and colors are missing from the EU site for no valid reason).
I’ll be avoiding Munbyn like the plague and recommend everyone to do the same.

Great offer on the 405B printer. Was a little confusing trying to get the best offer, especially as Black Friday brought the price down further after I had paid a small premium for a special offer. In any case, it was a pretty good deal. Had problems connecting with bluetooth to my phone and my PC. In the end, I used USB on the PC and bluetooth on the android phone. It seemed to solve the problem. The printer itself works fantastically well but I am a little disappointed with the pricing of the lables. There are a great variety to choose from but I feel some purely ' lable bundle deals' would be a good idea. I am a little disappointed that the editing suite is mainly on the android system. Would be much better if a Windows system design app could be utilised to print from the PC without using the windows printer settings.

I never received the parcel I was given several pictures that are of the package being dropped off at the wrong location.

Awful company.
Had a faulty (dangerous) printer from them. At first they refused to refund and would only offer 30% off another.
Finally agreed to refund and money has been sent to an old bank account. Bank have confirmed they haven’t had it and Munbyn won’t help. I get a response from them every few days just saying they’ve sent it, that’s it. Terrible service and I still have no refund.

Warehouses can be tough environments, but the Munbyn scanner handles it with ease. The body feels rugged and solid, resistant to drops and daily wear. It’s also lightweight and ergonomic, so our staff can use it for long shifts without fatigue. The long-lasting battery easily powers through a full day of scanning, even with heavy use.

Munbyn’s customer support deserves special mention. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to help with setup or troubleshooting. When we had a question about wireless pairing, they replied within hours with clear, step-by-step instructions. That level of service really sets them apart from other brands we’ve tried.

Really great product for my small business. I made an error with my delivery address due to auto fill and customer services were so helpful getting my order to me.

Part of our shipment did not arrive. Contacted customer service, received almost immediate response. Quickly provided resolution and arranged for replacements within an hour of contact. Very easy to contact and speak with. Looking forward to working with the company again in future

Customer service has just been ignoring me after saying they would replace my printer that doesn’t work properly. This feels so scammy, I’m so frustrated.

I bought a label printer in 2023 and it worked fine for 18 months, I had an issue with the feeder and the customer service team helped me resolve it asap - even after that length of time, highly recommend both for their products and customer service
