I have been a subscription member for…
I have been a subscription member for three years with no problems. On sep September 8, I was charged my quarterly subscription, and received the box as usual. I was charged again on November 11 for another quarterly subscription, even though it had not been a full quarter. I attempted to reach out multiple times to ask about this charge and only received automated responses. I did receive one response that I believe was from an actual person who stated that they were waiting on me to choose which box I wanted, which this was a new process entirely from my previous charges. I chose the box and the “order” was placed on December 4. As of today on December 17, the box has still not shipped, a box that I paid for on November 11 over a month ago. I am still getting promotional emails prompting customers to place an order for a Christmas delivery. I highly doubt that anyone would receive their order as mine has been sitting, waiting to be mailed for a month and a half since being charged . Not only that, I began my quarterly subscription at $80 a quarter, over the past two years the price has increased, so I am now paying $137 a quarter (per box). I understand cost have risen, but no communication was ever given on this price increase. I’ve reached out multiple times to inquire about my delivery, and again I’m receiving no responses, or automated responses from AI. Very poor communication. I will cancel this subscription and seek out other more reliable companies.

Since I sent my email, I’ve received 3 marketing emails from the company, but no response about my box. Communication can be improved.
I got one box
I got one box, the shirt was a cheap brand that didn't fit to size and the other products were sub par and nothing I would purchase myself. I will give them one more chance but then I'm done. Not worth the money spent
Ugly
Didn't get anything that I would actually use. A no name pink polo a brown hat and a brown duffel bag. Definitely won't be continuing this subscription

the box has very little value
the box has very little value, a hat worth $20, a shirt worth $35 and a golf cover nobody would ever use as its way too large.
Overall happy with my box
Overall happy with my box. The polo is great and will definitely get worn. The hat is nice but maybe fits a bit small for my head. The duffel / shoe bag is nice and does fit my shoes, although I don't often use a bag. I guess I'll find reasons to use it. The goodies were largely unnecessary but will eventually get used.

Lackluster Quality and Style
I have tried multiple golf attire/accessory subscription services, and unfortunately MullyBox does not rank well with me. I chose the attire option, and received 2 cheap hats and an average shirt, along with a coupe of other accessories, needless to say none of the items is quality in any way. Very generic and not impressive, professional looking at all. I will NOT continue with this service.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! They will sell you a range finder that’s allegedly worth $259.99 but, it’s actually crap from temu! Then they refuse returns!

Was you shipped me a box. Everything after was terrible. I asked in my shipment for clothes, I got a bag. I tried exchanging the bag for shirt. It was never shipped. I asked for a refund, I was put into a loop where I can't get an answer from CS.
Refund my money. Cancel my subscription.
I am beyond frustrated.
The value is not worth the cost
The value is not worth the cost. I got a travel bag that would never be used and has nothing to do with golf. The shirt and Bluetooth speaker was nice but not worth the cost.
It was not what I expected.
It was ok. The stuff I got was not nearly as nice as the box they showed in the advertisement. I get that it is just to het you to sign up but other then the box and the ball marker not American. The shirt was a very ok looking blue flowers not an American themed one which was what I was hoping for. The bag was cheap leather type material. The towel was America themed but also cheap. A cheap Chinese speaker. The vice balls were red, white and blue splattered I guess. But there is no way the items in this box had a total close to the claim of the price they were saying it was. Polo maybe 39.99, hat was 29.99 balls 15, towel 20, ball marker 15, bag 49.99(I wouldn’t even pay that much). Speaker 49.99. So being generous $210 their sated value is $300. Not worth. Canceling my subscription if this what I expected.
