Habe mit Mukishoes eine Alpenüberquerung gemacht und hatte keine Blasen und keine Schmerzen , einfach super, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Habe mehrere Mukishoes und bin zu 100% zufrieden. Macht weiter so👍😃

Don't buy anything from this company they are scammers

I have purchased 4 pairs of shoes from Mukishoes. They are of a nice quality and the shipping is reasonably fast. The shoes are nice and the sizes are right. However, their winter chelsea boots are too tight, may be there should be a suggestion for those to go up a size since the lining takes up so much space. Also, the cork chelsea shoes do not have the same lining fabric as in the picture, which is disingenuous marketing and disappointing when the shoes arrive and don't look like they should according to the images in the website.

I have been a customer for years and I own about 6 pairs of mukishoes for different seasons. I like the style and durability.
Now, I have ordered a new pair of „Raw Leather Black“, because my old pair was worn-out. The new pair‘s price was much higher (~30€) and the quality was less! No cuddly inner filling and no inner sole anymore! This is a winter shoe and the old version had a nice wool inner sole. I wanted to write a 3 star review on the product page: first „404 error“, later „you have already published this same review“, but it never appeared on the website.
I wrote an e-mail to hello@ and got answered very briefly to open a ticket for return. (No „sorry“, nor „thank you“) I would like to get wool inner soles, not a return…

Great shoes but they’re not a trustworthy business. Not only do they not provide a return label, they will also not pick up returns when you’re covering for the costs yourself after initiating a return procedure. I paid 10 euros to ship back the shoes and another 10 for them being sent back to me when they weren’t picked up instead of the mail destroying the parcel. And wasn’t reimbursed the price. The customer service is an absolute joke. I think I‘m not the only one with this experience. I bought my two pairs of their shoes new but second hand. Apparently nobody can return shipments. I wouldn’t buy from them again. I think the reviews on their website are fake because I couldn’t find a way to write a review.

Spot on. I'm a repeat customer in Ireland. They're a great brand and I think I'll be buying shoes from them for the rest of my life.

I tried to write a review on their website, but it wouldn't work, which makes me think all the reviews there are fake. My honest review (despite this): look / style I love. Comfort is 3-4/5 (back hits my heel, so I'll have to wear band-aids to start). The return process is a nightmare if you end up with the wrong size (and no free returns - it'll cost you about $20-30). Beyond this cost, they want you to literally fill out 4 forms for the return. I will try to not buy from them again because of this. I hope more barefoot shoe companies start to make cuter every day styles!

I do understand the free returns as a small company, so consider making more resources for your shoes to help people choose the right size. Thank you! I also hope you improve the sole quality, as the first pair I purchased, did end up falling apart pretty quickly. I did buy a second pair, so that says something about how I really do like the shoes. The quality could just be improved a bit so they last longer (you might have already worked on this since I wrote this review in 2023, as it's now 2025).

I found this shop because someone on a barefoot forum had ordered the wrong size and she had the same foot length as me so I knew I needed a 39 instead of a 38. (My foot is 24cm and I needed their size 6 if that helps). I'd say add 9mm to your exact foot length to find the right size. They do try to answer emails so ask before you order.

No free return labels given with an order. Hence, if the size doesn't fit you. Or the shoe didn't match your expectations, then it'll cost you €25 to return each pair of shoes. To me, this is really bad service

I've ordered a few times from them. Great shoes, delivery time was as stated, and the quality of their shoes after months of wearing them is still fantastic, they are well made.
I've been in touch with customer services about swapping a size of my pre-order for kids shoes and that was no issue.

Crazy fast delivery (I ordered yesterday at 3 and got them today at 5), and sizes are true to their size chart. VERY nice shoe, quality seem high and it look like the photos on the site.
