The speed of the process
The speed of the process. Being a customer prior, probably helped speed the process. The bank statement process is awesome, saves so much mucking around. The signing of the docs is also awesome. Brandon was also easy to deal with.

Awesome customer service
Awesome customer service, had guidance through every step in which had made the experience as easy as possible. Only took a day and half for the loan to be transferred. Simple and easy. Great work!

Happy with the service received
Happy with the service received. A bit of time lapse since my initial request, but ended up working out well. Received information on request in a timely manner. Our family had several encounters with MTF finance, and find the service to be satisfactory, with personal touch of the staff.

Fast, efficient and great to deal with
I have taken out several loans with Kapiti Finance over the years and on each occasion they have been fast, efficient, and easy to deal with. They have good systems in place that make the application easy. I like the fact that you are given someone who looks after your application and account. They provide you with an answer quickly and they are prompt with arranging the finance.
