Steve was an absolute star. I was struggling to download MS Office on to an old Windows 7 laptop, used by an even older operator, and he VERY patiently helped me through the installation. It took up a lot of his time but I was never rushed and he made sure all the sections were working properly. He is a credit to your Company, and no, I'm not a relative!! Thank you very much, Steve.

The sales team downloaded the programme to my computer as I was experiencing problems downloading it myself. This was quick, efficient and without any problems.

At first I had been told my new laptop was due on Saturday. So I ordered Office, then received an email from HP saying there were long delays due to the post office strike. I informed Microsoft as I only had 7 days to use the key. I was told not to worry they would take the key back and to let them know when I received my laptop. I did this but had problems. When I explained I was 75 with no grandchildren to work through the problem. They immediately arranged a time for remote instillation. Was I grateful.

Very helpful response to online chat request regarding getting the correct Office Version for my Mac and more help when I installed the incorrect version. Even though online seems so remote they made it feel like a positive personal experience.

Great Experience, twice now.
The whole process is so simple and efficient, just follow the simple rules and all is well.
Just dont use any of the pre-installed utilities or else dam pesky windows will over install 365 AGAIN.

I bought four licences for microsoft office 2021 professional and installed them. Genuine profucts and no issues at all. Highly recommend.

I had been having a lot of difficulty upgrading multiple softwares because of changes by Canon, Apple and Microsoft, all of which had made previous softwares and platforms no longer compatible. I am an amateur and was at my wit's end, exhausted with the stress of trying to get softwares that would work / not paying for inoperable ones and belatedly having to try to sort things out.
The guys at mssoftware were very patient, despite surely feeling that they were dealing with a complete idiot.
It is that sort of after sales (and even before sales) service that makes all the difference.

Key arrived within 10 mins. Step by step guide very helpful. App for uninstalling old versions of office 365 an important step.
When installation completed I dropped them a note to advise how I know install complete as license expires after 7 days if not activated. Email response with 10mins giving details on how to check. Although this simple check should be in the installation steps.

The MSS service support was all I could ask for. Through my mistake I ordered the product twice but Josh in service support quickly resolved this and ensured I wasn't charged twice.
Product downloaded, installed and activated totally with out problems. Thank you MSS.

I am 83, and did have a few problems with acting upon the instructions as given. I contacted the company and I was assisted by Steve who was very helpful and also very patient.
Before he signed off he made sure that everything was working to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend MSSoftware
