The product is really poorly made. Materials feel extremely thin and likely to tear.
Sizing is misleading as everything comes up super short.
Customer service is probably the worst I’ve experienced, completely uninterested if you’ve paid your money already. Told them the suit is extremely short in my leg length to which they told me to get the next waste size up? when all their suits are the same leg size?
Then after many messages it was pretty much an “ah well, unfortunate for you”.
They’ve managed to find someone to create them a website and found a cheap suit material to flog to people with a decent set of pictures.

They don’t offer any refunds so god forbid you make a wrong purchase. “No refund” screams no confidence in their own products to me.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

Beware they don’t give refunds!! T&Cs say no refunds on customised orders. Bought suit based on their size recommendation but doesn’t fit. Quality not as nice in real life. Began returns process only to find they consider all orders customised and don’t refund (not custom as shipped next day) who would buy clothes online if they knew couldn’t return for refund if unsuitable. Scammers!

Can't speak highly enough of the suit I have received from this company. Ordered the Orpington 3-piece. I was a bit nervous spending on a suit without trying it on first. Measured myself at home (and tried some jackets on for size in some shops), trusted the size guide and.. it's impeccable. Unbelievable fit and quality, so comfy too. Looks like a £1000 suit for a quarter of the price. Perfect!

absolutely crap do not order from this site poor quality and the fits are terrible! Also in the small print says no refunds, online credit note only… which is use to no one!

Avoid this company. Suit arrived damaged, when I asked the company to refund it they said I was only eligible for an exchange as per their t&c’s, claiming my suit is customised ( it definitely isn’t)
Trying to contact the company to discuss the problems is a nightmare. Customer service is non existent.

I recently purchased a suit from MrGuild London and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality. The fabric feels premium, the stitching is sharp and well-finished, and the fit is exactly as described. It looks very elegant on and feels comfortable at the same time.

The attention to detail really stands out, especially in the tailoring and overall design. It gives a very polished and confident look, perfect for formal events or special occasions.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend MrGuild London to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-made suit.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

The suit I received was delivered in an entirely unacceptable condition. It arrived with two prominent red marks, resembling stains, and there was also visible damage to the stitching around the collar. This was deeply disappointing, particularly given the importance of the occasion for which it had been purchased.

I promptly contacted MrGuild within an appropriate timeframe and well within my statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Their own “Delivery & Returns” policy clearly states that damaged items are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Despite this, my attempts to resolve the matter were met with significant difficulty and inconsistency.

Initially, I submitted a query via the contact form on their website. I was later informed by the company that such a form did not exist. After providing screenshots as evidence, I was then told that I had failed to contact them within the required timeframe, which is simply incorrect. If the contact form was indeed redundant or unknown to them, it is unreasonable to expect customers to be aware of this.

Furthermore, I was told I had not provided sufficient proof of contact. Typically, contact forms generate an automated confirmation email; however, I did not receive one in this instance. Again, this is not something a customer can reasonably anticipate or control.

I made multiple further attempts to reach the company via telephone, Instagram, and eventually WhatsApp, which was the only channel through which I received a response. Throughout this process, their communication was unprofessional and lacking in basic courtesy.

Ultimately, I was not issued a refund, but instead offered store credit. This was of no use to me, as the suit had been purchased for my wedding, and due to time constraints, I was forced to source an alternative elsewhere.

I have since raised a dispute with my bank in order to recover the funds.

In addition to the defects noted, the overall quality of the suit was extremely poor. The material and construction felt cheap, and the pricing is wholly disproportionate to the standard of the product.

To add to the frustration, I was subsequently blocked on WhatsApp, which was my only remaining means of communication with the company.

In summary, my experience has been entirely negative. The company appears to lack professionalism, accountability, and respect for its customers. I would strongly recommend that others think carefully before purchasing, as this has been both a costly and stressful experience.

Problem with trouser size, emailed immediately and again and again with no response from them. Tried to submit a return on line for a larger pair and it said customised item which definitely wasn't and wouldn't allow me to return. Have now bought a pair of trousers from Next. A lot of money for just a jacket and trousers to be sent to charity shop!

Returned a suit to reorder a larger size.

Whilst doing so, the order went missing in the shipping process but as I had the correct information, Mr Guild still honoured the return and provided me with a code for reordering.

It did take longer than I hoped to get a response from the company but it was still dealt with in a timely manner.

Although I was sceptical about getting a suit online (and the lack of ability to return it if a problem), I needn't have worried. The WhatsApp communication to answer queries I had was fast, and my suit arrived quickly and well packed. It fitted very well indeed and is of excellent quality. My next suit will definitely be from Mr Guild. Thank you!
