Mr Brown wanted to take his love of trainers to the next level. Having always worn the most exclusive trainers himself, never missing a drop, he knew that he would be able to build a clientele to provide with rare high-end trainers. Now at over 20k followers (Instagram), Mr Brown's Exclusive has a large clientele and many regular clients. We have many private and high-end clients. From the start to finish of your purchase, Mr Brown will provide you with a premium service. All enquiries will be responded to within 24-48 hours. All orders will be sent with free delivery 1-3 working days. Brilliant service

Brilliant service, Omari went above & beyond to make sure I had my shoes before I went on holiday. Communicated via WhatsApp which made the whole service so much easier, I will definitely purchase from Mr Brown’s Exclusive again. Thank you so much 🫶🏻

Don’t offer refunds

Don’t offer refunds, basically a drop shipping website.

Order took 8/9 days to reach me and replies to questions took 2-3 days

No refunds offered is NOT clearly stated
And you also never offered other sizes in the reply email

I do a lot of online shopping and never experienced somewhere this bad

Hi Charlie,

Our returns policy is stated clearly on our website. Upon your email you stated that the shoe were too big.

We then replied to you stating that we have a size 8.5uk or 9.5uk available if you wish to exchange.

Alternatively, you can have an online voucher of the order amount which can also be provided and can be used whenever.

Ordered 2 Omega X Swatch watches

Ordered 2 Omega X Swatch watches. I received an email with same tracking number on so I thought for both watches. Only 1 arrived so I was a bit worries contact via email then called and my mind was put at ease very quickly. I have now received both watches and so happy with both. Very professional and great customer service. Will definitely order again.

Great experience

Absolutely went out of his way to help - I really wanted the shoes but they weren’t in my size and he found them! Packaging was great, dispatch time was quick and communication was brilliant

Ordered a pair of military blue jordan…

Ordered a pair of military blue jordan 4s. Wasn’t sure on size or if they would arrive before i went on holiday. I messaged them on whatsapp with my concerns and they helped me with what size to get and reassured me that the item would arrive before i went on holiday Customer service was amazing from start to finish. Would highly recommend

Scammers

I brought some trainers. Received them, opened the box, didn’t like them so closed the box and returned. I paid £16 for tracked special next day delivery by 1. It took them over two weeks to confirm the return, even though they got it the next day.
They are now still charging me via klarna, they have the product, they have not contacted me and have told klarna they refuse the refund so I’m now over £150 out of pocket with no product or communication. They have basically robbed me.
I will go to my bank to claim this money back.
I wouldn’t use this company or recommend it to anybody.
To me they seem to be scammers or non existent with customer service or care. They have robbed me.

EDITED:
I did not open a case on klarna I just reported a return.
When selling online products you have guidelines to follow. These have not been followed. So far I am out of pocket by over £150 and have no product.
If you had been corresponding via email with myself why did that stop? Why did you not contact me to explain the situation? Why did you not respond to klarna sooner?
This item was returned next day tracked by 1pm so I know the argument in regards to the return is false. I have the tracking details and when you got the item back.
Your company is a scam.

Hi Katie,

Just to re assure you we have not robbed you and every email you have sent us we have replied to accordingly answering any questions you have asked or concerns.

You emailed us on the 10th of April that you would like to send the item back to us. We then replied to you on the 11th of April with the information to send them back to us. On that email stated that you have a 7 day period to get the item back to us

You emailed us on the 17th of April asking a question in regards to online voucher. We then responded on the 18th of April answering your question.

After that we did not hear from you since or receive the return until after the return period.

When the shoe eventually arrived with us we had seen that you had opened up a Klarna Dispute with us.

We then contacted Klarna on our side and they said to wait until the case is closed to ship the item back to the customer. As if we shipped the item back and lost the case then we would be out of pocket and without the item.

The case only closed on 20th/21st of May. The item will be sent back to you today 21st of May for next day delivery.

We have sent the tracking for the return via email.

Bought some air max 95's in a hard to get colourway, arrived promptly exactly as described! Really nice experience, even put a little note in the box congratulating me on my choice. G moves! 👊🏼

I love the shoes

I love the shoes, and the price paid for them were amazing, js the box that came a little damaged but that’s not relevant. Definitely buying from here again.

Hi Gordon,

Our processing and shipping lead time is 3 to 7 working days. The order was placed on the 28th of May, due to the bank holiday the Friday and the Monday did not count as working days, therefore the total lead time as of today would be the 4th working day.

We can confirm your order has been shipped and is due to arrive with you tomorrow, we have also included both receipts for each watch as requested.

Birthday trainers arrived in good time!

It was my young boy’s birthday recently. I was concerned that the trainers wouldn’t reach us in time. However, I was very grateful to see them turn up a couple of days later (+ personalised card wishing us a happy birthday) which was great! Thank you very much indeed. We’ll be back! 🙂
