Terrible communication. They want to dictate rules to a customer and demand payment before they even arrive.. Rude and inconsiderate.. will NEVER use them..

If I could give a lower score than 1 star, it would definitely be justified. What an absolutely farcical organisation. From not answering or returning phone calls, to the constant postponement of services, I honestly am astonished how this company is still in business. Do yourself a favour and do not use these guys as they are useless... not the gardeners, the business itself. The first time they are so obliging and willing to get your business, but then.... its hell. Every time I am required a mow out come the excuses.... rain, covid, no staff, too hot, too cold.... just atrocious. As an example just in the last week I have been re-scheduled over 5 times and still no cut lawn... The person I have been dealing with will not answer the phone and when they call back after 10 messages left on their answering service, they don't give a stuff... She advised she will call back, but did it happen... of course NOT.... Don't be silly.... Do yourself a favour and pay an extra $10 and get professional service elsewhere. You will regret you ever contacted this mob....

Ian is a good work and he cleans up after the lawn is done and he let me know when the trees bye the drive way need to be trimmed that is why I have requested him to do my lawn very time

I’m feeling cheated with this company. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go ahead with them.

Booked them in for lawn and gardening services which they asked me to pay full in advance. I did pay them fully in good faith without negotiating just under an impression I’ll get it done all smoothly.
Since then they have canceled all three appointments with these lame excuses:

1. Gardener has canceled all the appointments and will be rescheduled in 4 days.
2. This time gardener’s equipment were broken and he needed to go fix them up.
3. This time it was a no show - no message.

Even after paying in full, waiting for them to show up on their convenient timings and still not getting the job done.

How is this even LEGIT??

Very appalled by the lack of communication. Litte response from phone calls, texts and emails. Virtually had to beg for an eta. Not the gardners fault. As our lawn was overgrown someone should of least had a look first and then supplied a quote. Very very dissatisfied.

Oh boy! Where do I begin?
Quote was for edging, mowing 2 small patches of my grass and tidying up the garden/driveway. I was surprised at the $70 price but made it clear I was happy to pay more if needed.

The "gardener" mowed the 2 patches of lawn fine. Then ran the lawnmower through the garden. Instead of edging they just sprayed poison on the edges and on the garden bed away from most prominent plants.
(Plot twist it didn't work and my edges are still overgrown asf)
Managed to spill poison on the front lawn which seems to be the only place it worked, you had better believe they parked in the driveway and missed any weeds under their car. Not that it mattered as the poison only works on the nice healthy in the centre of my front yard apparently.

But fear not. They offered me 10 dollars off my next service, which is so incredibly generous of them I couldn't take them up on their offer.

Lee was polite and courteous on arrival, listened to what I wanted attentively and made it a point to pay more attention to those areas. Did a perfect job overall.

False Advertisement on website.

Price Guide on website is $30 small lawn, $45 for medium lawn and $55 for large. They asked for photos said it was overgrown and would charge $240 absolute joke. Can buy a Lawn mower for that much.

Terrible terrible terrible made a booking for today no gardener showed up stayed home all day what a waste of day , contacted their 1300 phone number no one answers the phone emailed the emergency email and no replies from that too . Don’t waste your time
