Movez Ltd Anmeldelser

Amazing service! Egor and his colleague were great! They were on time and worked quickly. They even delivered the cupboard and boxes to a 4th floor flat which has no lift. Very happy to have booked this service.

Appalling service and customer service.

They caused a considerable amount of damage to my hardwood floors and still demanded cash payment at the end of the job. They have not shared their insurance details, which they claim they have, and threatened to continually charge me until I pay them for the job. This cost being outweighed by the amount of damage that they caused to the house.

I would be extremely cautious if you decide to use them.

Needed items moved the same day and this company was quick and courteous. Would definitely recommend to use them. The move went very smoothly.

Exceptional care in handling delicate items, quick no fuss packing of van, listening to specific concerns and great driving/navigation. Faultless.

I had used this company just before lockdown, to help move stuff into storage and then to my place. Leo was extremely helpful and courteous, so when I was moving out of london, this was the firm I wanted to use.
Stefan and Max went above and beyond doing my move. From a 3rd floor flat (with no lift)! to a 1st floor flat in south norfolk. I had loads of stuff and they were up and down the stairs so quickly, it was exhausting to watch!! And it was a very reasonable price considering what a long day it was and how far they had to travel. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. If you need anything moved, use these guys 😁👍

Third time we have used this company successfully. Reasonable prices, always on time, very careful and precise. Thanks again.

I had a great experience - no fuss, uncomplicated, quick, efficient, honest, punctual. Will definitely use them for my next move! Important to book. They are getting popular.

The team from Movez did such a good job yesterday. They were extremely prompt and efficient, moving our stuff with the minimum of fuss. Great service.

My experience with this company was great. I contacted them with short notice and they helped me anyway. The mover/van driver (Vitaliy) was really friendly and helpfull.
Excellent service and cost.

Excellent service. No problem with booking.Van arrived on time.Very polite staff and with good manners.Quick and professional.Thank you after stressful days with packing finally everything is done.Slava

Service quality really depends on the actual man&van you get assigned to. Mine was late for over an hour resulting in us caught in the rush hour traffic, stopped halfway to fuel, almost scratched another car which would’ve caused even more delay, wouldn’t help with moving the luggage because the flat was on 2nd floor, and still wanted to charge us the unfinished hour. Thankfully the agent I talked to was reasonable and didn’t charge us extra. Will I use them again? A questionable maybe, mostly because the prices are competitive compared to a lot of other options.

Excellent customer service. Was delayed an hour and the agent waited, then assisted with the loading. Very polite and efficient. Will use the team again when I next move. Serious value for money. Thank you, Igor and Booking team for swift "short notice"* (*next day request) response & service.

Reliable, great customer service, job done perfectly and quickly.
Thank you Vitaliy!

I strongly recommend this company. I had an excellent experience with them. The person who was going to help me move didn't show up and I called them and they came quickly and made my move. From now on, whenever I need to, I'll only make moves with them. Easy going people and super fair price.Thank you Leo!

Just wanted to say thanks so much for the stellar job - great move. Would definitely use you again. Very prompt and helpful too. Highly recommended.
